Ferdie was so helpful and friendly. My husband and I came in with a frustrating problem accessing our MyShaw account to fix another frustrating problem with my husband’s e-mail account. We could not solve it over the phone because the numbers on our modem or on our Shaw bills did not match the numbers on Shaw’s records. Within a few minutes Ferdie helped us with all the information we needed. All while maintaining a positive, professional and reassuring demeanour. We were very happy with the service he provided.

It’s been an excellent service from Saw communication and the costumer service from Shaw sales agent “Brandon” at West Edmonton Mall service centre is second to none and I keep looking forward to meeting Brandon each time I have any Shaw product in mind to buy. Worst. Service. Ever. From Ethan, Shaw retail store at WEM.Last Thursday, I went to the store since I needed a replacement cell phone SIM card for the one I lost. Ethan, with a drink in his hand asked what I needed. I letting him know, he told me that Rogers bought out Shaw and I need to get a replacement SIM card from the Rogers Kiosk. It didn't make sense, so I confirmed with him twice.The Rogers Rep walked back to the Shaw Store with me since they don't have access to the Shaw mobility customers. Two separate times, Ethan blamed me for telling him a different" reason other than what's stated above. He finally processed a SIM card replacement. Instead of handing it to me

I was in Edmonton from out of town for the weekend and needed to replace my phone. I asked the staff if anything went wrong would I have to come back to Edmonton, and was assured that I could bring it to Calgary no problem. When my phone wasn’t able to update and froze a few days later, I brought it in. They couldn’t fix it, and said I’d have to go back to Edmonton if I wanted to return it. After 3 visits the local store wasn’t able to accept the phone due to “policy” and couldn’t make an exception because Edmonton wouldn’t allow it. I received a call from the manager at West Ed informing me that he would not accept the return as it wasn’t in new sellable condition, and I’d still have to get it fixed before he’d take it back. What’s the point of a return policy if you don’t accept the return? He said there may be my content on the frozen phone and he had no way of resetting it. Honestly, a tech company can’t reset a phone? Absolutely the worst customer service experience from the manager of Shaw Edmonton mall. Go to a different Shaw.

Never had a problem until the latest deals" come out. They're phoning every week to sign me up and now my internet has started dropping. "let's get you on a new plan" is what they keep saying. Terrible company with predatory business practices. They charge you ridiculous amounts for arbitrary things. I was charged 200$ for not returning my modem on June 1st when my services were ended on May 31st. Among many other slimy ways they find to charge you. Do not choose this company for your services.

Keith rocks. My Shaw internet and cell phone plans were about to expire. With trepidation about the upcoming transfer to Rogers, I expected a stagecoach holdup". Instead Keith got me renewed on a very good Internet/cable package and my existing My Shaw Mobile plan rolls over with the same terms for the next 5 years. Wow. A professional approach
