The staff is exceptional. They're priority is service and quality, both delivered on site and whenever there are technical issues in the field. I am SO happy to finally have all my technical stuff serviced out of the same location with local peeps at the helm. Cannot recommend enough.

*edit* since our communications yesterday Hays have reviewed my account and did what I thought was the right thing, we will continue our service and my wife and I appreciate Hays and Brian’s help with the matter.Very poor customer service today, they changed the way they were doing things at the park we have our trailer at. We are looking for new service in the Grand Bend area

PETER that answers phones at night has a big problems, attitude, disrespect and is not helpful at all. We are cancelling all our services with this brutal company. And their internet is the worst.
