Metro recently completed a flooring change in my rental condo from carpet and linoleum to vinyl plank and it was a great experience working with Cosmo! He was informative, friendly, upfront about costs and was accommodating in meeting the narrow timeframe I had to replace flooring between tenants. The product installed looked great (amazed it wasn't actually hardwood!) and Metro's quote for the product, removal of old flooring and installation came in at almost half the cost of other quotes I received. Installation went well and was completed ahead of schedule allowing me additional time to do other work in the condo before the new tenants moved in. Would definitely recommend Cosmo and Metro Floors!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great selection of products. We chose a Canadian engineered hardwood and it’s absolutely beautiful. The custom floor vents are so worth having done, they fit seamlessly into the floor. The installers worked very hard and did an amazing job! We had Metro Flooring replace our main floor with engineered hardwood. We received superb service from our salesmen Mike Lycka. He took his time explaining all the different types of floors. We had to adjust our instal timing a few times and it was not a problem for them. They accommodated us and got it installed. Todd our installer did an exceptional job on the install. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and workmanship with Metro Flooring. Also one of the best prices out there with exactly the hardwood we were looking for. Mike Reid helped us choose a floating product to be installed on top of our existing flooring on all 3 levels of our home. Great service and support from start to finish. He arranged for Patrick to do the installation. Patrick is truly amazing and I would recommend him to anyone. Great quality installation, quick and super easy for us. He was able to work with all the curves, around existing wooden pillars and posts and all the other prep and details we never thought about. The finished job looks absolutely perfect. We didn’t have to worry about moving our large furniture (even a grand piano) out of the rooms as he was able to move them as he worked. We also had a small carpet job involving transferring the carpet from one area into another, cutting and connecting with the existing carpet. Mike arranged for Vedat to do that. Vedat was done really quickly and the carpet looks perfect, no seams visible. Mike was quick with providing detailed quotations and the pricing was so reasonable. We are so glad we met Mike at the Home Show and definitely recommend Metro Hardwood Floors!

My experience with Metro was excellent. Mike was able to come by the house the next day once I contacted Metro. He was knowledgeable, provided many flooring solutions, and guided me expertly to making a choice I would be happy with. Mike is a great person to work with for what we wanted in a new build for flooring and kitchen and bathroom tiles. He was always accessible and helpful when changes were needed and/or things 'tweaked'. The flooring installers, Tree (sp) and crew did a great job. Chip did a fantastic job on the tiling. The end result of flooring and tiling overall looks fantastic and we're happy with it! A big thank you to Mike and his crew!

I’m super happy with my new flooring! It was a small project on a tight timeline, and Metro got it done for a good price. Cosmo brought samples to the measure, which made it quick and easy to pick materials to go with the other flooring. Joey did a great job with the installation. Highly recommend!

Mike and his team were great, I just could not have asked for more. I live in Medicine Hat and the work that was put into bringing my flooring job together was excellent.
