Busy Bee Dry Cleaners

I believe I was dealing with the owner. I did have an interaction with a young woman who was lovely.I had brought in simple alterations for the woman I was working for who lives with dementia and was moving into a home. It was making elastic waist bands smaller. There was a time constraint but I took the things in 3 weeks before so what I thought was plenty of time.The woman I mostly dealt with was unbelievably rude, aggressive, and a poor communicator.The job was not done on time and there was no phone call to inform me there was a delay which I would have accepted, was very expensive for what it was, and I was yelled at, insulted, and demeaned.Let the customer-oriented front of house person do all business interactions with customers would be my recommendation.

Had a bunch of dry cleaning that was done well while in town. However, paid for the button on my shirt to be sewn and I got home and went to use my shurt, only to find it was not done at all despite being paid for prior. I will be in touch for a refund and will update on how that goes.

They do awesome ALTerations

Been coming here for 6 years now, and it's been a very reliable dry-cleaner for me personally. After covid we've lost so many family owned businesses and i'm glad to see they were able to hold on. The lady who owns it is an absolute joy and my experience has been nothing but pleasant. They always have treats for my dog and my kids love the lollipops. It's great to see a female owned business in today's world. I should've posted a review sooner but I realize it's easier to post a review when you're upset, but when everything goes well you don't feel a need to.

A bit pricey but everything is in West Point Grey. The cleaning was good and the staff helpful.

I had a great experience at Busy Bee Cleaners! I had a very light baby blue coloured dress that I spilled a red drink onto the first time that I wore it! I was afraid that I would not be able to wear it again, but I am more than satisfied with the cleaning service provided by Busy Bee Cleaners!

I use this dry cleaner for my family and myself. The staff here really goes above and beyond. They offer an amazing pick up and drop off service to work around our very busy schedule. Pricing is fair and they are the only cleaners I trust with my clothing. The employees are always happy, smiling and willing to help you out the best way they can. Thank you for all your hard work!!

The moment they take yr clothes,they leave it on the floor. I understand they will dry clean it later, but I paid $30 and I expect them to treat our stuff with care and respect.However, later on I went back to the place and explained the reason why I wasn’t happy in the first place. The owner seems very reasonable and suggests that its because of the Christmas season thats why there are more clothing than usual. Owner also suggests that next time they will leave the items in the bag right away. I didn’t express my feeling in the first place because I wasn’t sure how a dry cleaning place function, but I later on feel unfair. I would like to give them a 5 stars because the owner shows great passion and effort in resolving misunderstandings.
