They charged me last year on my credit card for an auto renewal when I had specifically cancelled due to moving out of province. The studio guaranteed that I could cancel my membership without penalty. I haven’t lived in Medicine Hat since 2021 and my credit card was just charged again for another renewal. This is not acceptable.
