Have had my Ridgid tools serviced here under warranty. The first time a few years ago the service wasn't great, and it took months to turnaround, and it was a long drive to pick them up. HOWEVER, this last visit I had 2 tools to repair, they said to expect 4-6 weeks, but the items were repaired and couriered to my house under warranty within just ONE WEEK! AWESOME.

Too expensive, charge just to tell if it could be fixed with $75 charge upfront. Same devices brand new cost $100... Don't waste time going their.

Recently got my Ryobi lawn mower fixed from them and it was a very positive experience. They didn't have new blades in stock, but the friendly staff managed to sharpen my existing one for just $25 - a solution that worked great for me. Their service was quick and efficient, and their customer service approach really stood out. A reliable place for tool repair. Solid 4 stars! I will definitely be returning for future tool repair needs. Highly recommend.

Just needed a part for my power washer but they were very knowledgeable and the only place I could find that actually had the part. They are kind of hidden out of the way in an industrial park so as a result are not too busy and can get your equipment repaired quickly. They service a very wide variety are tools and equipment.

This is the third time overall that i have used their services. On one of those occasions, they managed to fix my father’s year Hilti hammer-drill when no one else in the Lower Mainland would even touch it . Everyone else said it was too old to fix and get parts for. But, that did not stop you from trying. Thank you. For under $200 , it was repaired!
