Compared to other places, this place was quick. There was enough space and did not feel crowded. Employees were calm and relaxed. Hey! I got all my tests done pretty quick. Cannot complain.:)

I visited this clinic. Excellent staff.specially thanks to summer mam. I went to Summer Mam for my ultrasound. They checked me carefully. I am satisfied with their checkup. I am very impressed with the nature of summer Mam. She take full care of patients . I thanks them from the bottom of my heart.

Called regarding my daughter slipped and needed a doctor not server for the emergency at the hospital. the front desk hung the phone up after the first receptionist didn’t want to take my call. Not accepting my daughter even tho we were a patient prior but my daughter has not been sick since our last visit. They denied service in Canada a free health care system. I am livid. I will be reporting this.

We are new patients of Dr sahib.he is so nice. Our aunts reference works for us for as a family doctor.she was saying about his experience from home and clinic both are appreciable.

Excellent staff and service. I have been coming to this clinic for almost 5 years now. Dr Karan Ralhan is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I always feel that me and my family are very well taken care of.Very thankful that they always accommodate the appointments in the best possible manner.I would really recommend this clinic.

Very rude staff. Front desk staff is very rude and unprofessional. Even on making appointment you have to wait 2hours for see doctor and even doctor don’t listen to patient and is always in rush to push the patient.they will never answer your call.

They don’t take their patients’ health seriously & behave rudely if we ask about our reports more than once, specially the receptionist and dr. Karan.

Best clinic . Dr ralhan is the best family physician ... Also his assistants

The stuff and assistance are so Ruth and stupid. The doctor assistance didn’t have enough knowledge. The doctor is racist and he always take care of Indian people and he ignore other people.

Update: Jan, Feb, March: Improving.. They have improved a lot than before... The front desk is attending calls as well as speaking politely.... The doctor is giving us enough time and answering queries and seeing us at a reasonable time. Really appreciate that.Update: Oct, Nov: Improving. Better service than beforeOne of the receptionists speaks very rudely ,the front desk hardly recieves calls and voicemail is always full. The clinic is very money minded and will charge hefty sums whenever they can for non ohip charges. How can a family doctor charge 60 dollars for a medical note ! Atrocious! Beware!Edit: Dont fall for 5 stars reviews, when u see more 1 stars with more helpful sign and less 5 stars, know the reviews have been manipulated. Not a good clinic to attend. The doctor is always in a rush, and hardly takes time to interact with patients.Aug 9: they call us for appointment at 3: 20 pm Nd make us wait for 1 hour before seeing us
