Mark does an outstanding job. His blogs and training methods are well thought out. He customizes his services to the needs of both dogs and their owners. He's patient, accessible and understanding of people's unique circumstances and well worth it.

Mark has been a huge support for me with treating my dog’s separation anxiety. The exercises he gave us are simple, yet effective. We are definitely seeing improvement in my pup’s ability to settle when left alone and I know with Mark’s help he will continue gaining confidence. He is always available to provide reassurance and advice when I’m feeling discouraged. He lets me send videos for him to review and ensure I’m doing the exercises properly. Mark is great! He came to our house to meet and greet our new puppy. He focused on areas on concern and gave us amazing tips. Very patient with us and followed up on emails, broke everything down and educated us on how to raise our puppy. Would highly recommend his services.

It seems I had a similar experience to madbehr.Mark was great at:- Patient, kind, and excited when working with my dogs- Very responsive when I first reached out and each interaction after- Agreed to travel near to Guelph (it was listed as an area of service on their website, although in error as it's no longer serviced)On the other hand Mark:- gave contradictory/unclear information on how to proceed with training/homework- shamed me for struggling with understanding the assessment"- made assumptions over/instead of asking questions- strong focus on the negative behaviours seen/assumed

The first day we met Mark, he told us we would have a great dog in six months. Hard to believe that with Revel at the time. Lo and behold, here we are... with a dog who has made many accomplishments to be the great dog he is today. Mark focused on us and trained us, humans, with his knowledge, giving us what we needed to be able to positively train our dog to where we are today. He gave us and our dog the confidence we needed to keep going, no matter the struggles. Thank you for saving our rescue and opening our eyes to our dogs world.

On multiple occasions Mark:- forgot what they had told us to work on with our dog- gave us contradictory information on how to proceed with training- forgot our names- thought we were different clients- forgot the history of our dog- shamed us for how our dog was progressing

Mark was amazing at training my dogs (me actually) we had some fighting with two of them and he showed me how to get the girls to play nice and now we have peace in the house .
