Great customer service, made a few in store pick up purchases and they are always courteous and helpful. Definitely restored my faith in TheSource. One of the few stores that are obviously well managed. Kudos to Chakib and the team !

Owing to COVID-19, we were asked to line up outside the store and let the representative know what we needed. The representative was really kind and was able to meet my needs. The customer service representative I spoke to afterwards was also hospitable.

Worst customer service EVER. Three guys all talking to security guy while we are waving for service. It's bloody RIDICULOUS. Stay away from this store

I went to La Source to buy new phones for the whole family. The manager Mathieu offered us deals that I couldn't find anywhere else and I was very happy with the service received by the staff working there during the whole transaction.

They don't have all items advertised in stock even if the website says they do, call before. Even if you pick the one hour pick up in store option they have the right to cancel it because they don't have the item in stock.

I went there to open a new mobile service account. My case was a bit particular, porting a corporate phone number into a personal account. They took the time to make it right. I received my first bill and the price is as they have detailed it to me in the store. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I had there.

Ive been trying to purchase a laptop from the source. It's been paid at the source centre laval and we were told to pick it up at carrefour laval. we went to carrefour laval and for some reason they made us wait 45 minutes to tell us they don't have it in stock. we went back to centre laval and i decided to do a bit of digging and found one in stock at another store, its technically supposed to be shipped to centre laval, and I'm not even sure if it's new or the demo. so until now i paid for a laptop i still did not receive, it still says online, three days later, that it is in stock at carrefour laval. Ive never seen a store make me travel all over the place for a purchase i spent my money on and STILL didn't even receive any compensation for this disaster. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.UPDATE: Posted this review on Monday, this situation started on Saturday, we are currently Saturday, a week later.After contacting the call center and telling them about my issue i hadnt gotten a call back and i still did not get an answer for my situation. They transferred me to the store to try to talk to the manager, who was not even there. The employee said he would call me back to see if the laptop was indeed shipped, never called me back. I had to find the phone number of the store where the laptop is coming from on yellow pages (lol) and contact them myself to know if indeed they received a call from centre laval. Talk about taking matters into your own hands. NOT ONCE did anyone talk about giving me compensation for all this. Also, until now I still dont have that laptop that I paid for.
