This store is lovely for what we usually expect from UP. It is well merchandise, organized and clean- supper important for such a big box store with a low price point.The cashier team is always very efficient and patient, I have never had a problem with anything, any pushback or negativity.Thank you

Stepped to this store to get the jeans I like it, an Asian guy were so rude since the min I asked for his help to my right fit, by asking what's wrong with this size , why don't just take this etc etc unnecessary questions.. hope the management should properly train them how to treat and having conversations with the customers first..

Absolutely worst customer service ever. I tried asking for one of the employees’ help and gently said “excuse me” as she walked by me. She made eye contact, however kept walking and completely ignored me. I asked again, and she walked by me couple minutes later, a little louder this time. She said “Give me one second” and was never to be seen again. I then asked another employee’s help and she shrugged me off saying she’s going on a lunch break and to ask another employee. Those were the only two I could spot for help. Because of this negligence, I wasn’t able to find what I was looking for and walked out empty handed. I understand the busy nature due to March break but this is no way to treat the customer. Super disappointed.

Between myself and my teen daughter I give this company ALOT of business.Had some online returns today and the senior manager I dealt with was SO courteous and took the time to resolve my issue without being inpatient or snippy.Great staff at your store.. the cashier I dealt with after was also so sweet.Only reason for 4 stars.. get better buyers.. this is marketed for cheap highschool clothes yet every thing is cropped. Not highschool attire.

Just wanted to say thank u soooo much to a worker by the name of aliyah" I hope that's her name she made my day by being so helpful while another employee tried her best not to sale me an item even lying about what she had told me at first but besides all of that I just wanted to acknowledge how great the young lady did her job.... I'm sorry to say I like to shop at this place don't think I'm ever going to go back your customer service is horrible your workers do not acknowledge customer if you turn down your music people would communicate with each other

The worst customer service. I stood in line behind a lady waiting to buy a couple of pair of blue jeans and when I got to the cashier she told me I had entered the line from the wrong side and I had to go back behind some other people who had lined up after me. I was so disgusted I gave my purchases back to the sales clerk and left the store. I am absolutely disgusted and will not shop there again. The cashier should be fired for losing a sale.

Clothes are cute prices are cheap but becareful the fabric on dresses and tops rip and tear . Shoes are okay

Store is nice with large size, great collection and good price, but everytime I have issues with price while at the cash counter. I always take photos before I take an item.Idk almost everytime, the price will be 20 to 50 dollar more than, I expect. So I dispute the price and ask for details. The staff don't really like it, but it's my money. So I confirm price of each item. Then they will fix the price and say oh sorry
