Very disappointing. I ordered hats through them and had them embroidered. The hats that came in were made in a different country than the sample they had in store so they were a totally different size and fit. They said there was nothing they could do for me because there wasn’t anything physically wrong with the hats even though they were not what I had ordered. The owner was very rude and took over a month to meet with me in person regarding the issue. I wasted a lot of money there. Not worth your time, there are plenty of other great embroidery places around.
