I went to get a hair cut and went I sat down I asked for a small trim on the top and cut the sides I hand gestured the length I wanted them to cut my hair but they completely forgot that and cut my hair (that went to my eyes) to a completely different hair style at barely touches my forehead I feel like she just did her own thing and completely ignored me

The middle eastern? Lady with white hair was reluctant to cut my 3 year old's hair when she saw outside of the store he didn't want to get his hair cut when I asked him. When he finally agreed, she continued to ask if he would sit still etc and wasn't quick to get out of her chair to greet and assist me. I replied he sits very still and when she still seemed reluctant, I got frustrated to the point I asked, so do you want to cut his hair or not? I was ready to just leave. She was surprised to see he sat perfectly during the cut.The hair cut was uneven at the back and the bangs were horrible. Going up to pay, she replied it was cash only and assumed I had been there before to know this info, which I couldn't see posted anywhere. While my husband scrambled to the bank for cash, I saw her then refuse to service a woman who claimed she got it done there plenty of times before by another hairdresser. 'We don't cut woman's hair she said.Terrible customer service and cut. Won't be returning

Haircut was acceptable after 3 months. At most took 10 min for $19. Just a few $$ cheaper than Hair-master, but Hair-master does a nicer cut including a wash. The salon is not practicing Public Health guidelines. Chair is not sanitizer after each client. Used the same apron for everyone. Hairs on the floor but not sweep. People are stepping over it. Cash only.

Used to go to this barbershop for 8 yrs and the barbers are amazing! They get the style you want and are pretty quick in cutting. The only reason I don't go here anymore is because when I entered the barbershop and ready to get a haircut, one of the barbers said I had to wait for about 30 minutes because they were eating lunch. I couldn't wait that long so I just left. Overall though, the other barbers here are fast and pretty good at what they do.

I needed a haircut for an occasion and my usual barber was closed as it was Sunday, so I thought I'll give this store a try. The old asian lady was very rude from the beginning, i asked me if I can pay with a card but she shouted at me and said only cash. Then I went to an atm and took cash out, cuz why not. Then I came back to the shop, sat down on the seat. And she took a good look at my hair, and said that she does not know how to cut my hair, and its too much work. And then she started cutting it as if she's doing me a favor by cutting my hair. In between she asked me how old I am, and when I told her that I'm 21 she was surprised and said I have too much beard for a 21 year old. After that she was suddenly interested in my ethnicity and said that I'm indian. Although I'm Arab. And when she was done doing what she called a haircut, I asked if she could make it shorter from the top, and she replied again that my hair is too much work and next time I dont come to this shop, she will not cut my hair, and she said that in a rude way. I'd highly recommend not going there. Rather cut your own hair at home if you have much options, atleast you will save yourself from being harassed and disrespected.

this is my first time to come and that woman sitting on inside and wait 5 second to respond my coming, I ask politely for haircut, when she replied me with fierce eye contact , do you have cash? i have card and try to search whether i have enough cash, since i dont know they only accept the cash, i saw her attitude is very bad and body language is telling me please dont come in if you have no cash, what the hell, i intend to go to bank machine if she acts me polite, i swear not to come this shop anymore, this is my worst experience in whole canada, Bad people and poor attitude, i never come to this place and suggest people think to go other barber shops instead of going this shop,

After all the recent negative reviews of this place, I was very reluctant to get a haircut from this place. However, I got one and I was surprised! It was a pretty good haircut for the cheap price inside a mall. The non-Asian lady is good at what she does.I agree with some of the other comments though. Sanitary conditions need to be improved.

On May 13, 2023, one of my friends went by and decided to get a haircut. There was only one worker during the time and it was an old asian lady with a red dyed hair. So when it was my friends turn I decided to time-lapse his haircut to show the before and after results of his hair. But then the lady decided to scream at me and say that she would shoot me because I pulled out my phone. It was a traumatising experience. No one come here please.

Went in at around 6 and told the hair cutter what I want, cut the side evenly, zero on the side not to high and fade to 1, but yet againt opposite happens..well half of it. She completely shaved one side really high and to top it off when she trimmed the other side i noticed a very big gap.By the way i styled my hair side part from right to left.Like i said just a hair cutter, just a job for her , no passion, no sense of style, and so fixed on her old ways or what she know. No understanding of a persons head and no suggestion.Please avoid this place it may be cheap but you get what you pay for.

Usually don't write reviews but felt the one staff I dealt with was rude. I had called beforehand to see if it was by appt or just walk-in. I was told walk-in so I tried to walk in on a Saturday. There was just one Asian lady there about to cut someone's hair with no other customers waiting - I tried to ask how long the wait would be, she just said boy's hair only today" or something like that
