F12 has been the Alberta Aviation Museum's IT provider for a few years and have been very happy with the service. This past weekend a large scale event was to happen and upon arriving prior to the hangar there was found to be no internet. After a quick call and collaborating with the tech, an onsite visit corrected the issue with plenty of time before the event. Very quick response and accommodating. Great IT company!

Churns employees through the service desk like a meat grinder. Very low retention rate. Don't work here and don't listen to the bought/employee reviews.

The company I work for has F12 as the IT company. We are a smaller company with 3 locations. These guys and gals do amazing work and are always willing to help (even when you call with a silly printer question). They never make me feel dumb or like I've asked a stupid question. I'd recommend them for sure! Keep up the great work !
