Clean but I had a puppy who was clearly at deaths door and nobody....3 young women staff members, or the vet came to offer a hand to save him. Vets should have to sign a Hippocratic Oath like Dr.s. It really upsets me that the Vet. who was just on lunch...in the office even didn't come to even inquire about the state of my 5 month old puppy, Bear! That shouldn't be allowed to happen!! Not worth 1 star! 0 humanity people, these animals are our children. Super saddened by the behaviour of supposed professionals!!!

I absolutely love this clinic. I have been taking my cats here for 5 years now.All the doctors and vet techs/assistants are always so kind. They truly go above and beyond at this clinic.

They did an awesome job for oxford. Very happy with the surgery results and the care provided to my oxford. They even let me bring in oxford without an appointment due to an emergency. Again thank you to all the doctors and staff.

We engaged this vet to handle the paperwork for shipping our cat to the UK. Unfortunately, they made a genuine mistake on the statement of validity of the vaccination certificate, which led to our cat being quarantined upon arrival. Despite eventually refunding the fees, we incurred significant additional quarantine expenses due to the avoidable error.What's more concerning is their attitude towards the issue. They seemed to think it wasn't their responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the paperwork. They were happy to take our money and portray themselves as competent, but when they made an unfortunate mistake, they absolved themselves of responsibility.In my opinion, this lack of accountability reflects poorly on their professionalism. I would advise others to consider seeking a more reliable and responsible service provider.

Today March 5th 2023 we knew it was time to say goodbye to our beloved dog Yuki, and the staff was very professional, kind, and didn't try to guilt us into prolonging his life. It was the hardest decision we had to make and they did everything they could to make us feel as comfortable as we could. My daughters have been using this Veterinarian Hospital for quite a long time and we've never had a bad experience.

Little dog got surgery to remove a tumor on her leg. The vet and vet techs were incredible. While she was under they cleaned her teeth and cut her nails. All the staff were so kind. Obviously they love animals and my dog felt comfortable with all of the staff. They did an amazing job of surgery. Highly recommend this hospital. They called me the next day to check how she was doing. And they really well prepared me to do after care for her during recovery. My dog is very anxious so them letting her have her blanket and toy when she woke up from surgery was also really helpful. My dog was feeling better 24 hours after surgery so I had to try to slow her down from bouncing around and trying to run and jump. Also I found the prices pretty reasonable. Will definitely be returning as this is my new favorite spot to care for my fur baby.

The whole team here is always amazing to my little guys. I live in New West, but drive to Burnaby since the service here we get is consistently awesome. They love our pups and we appreciate it

Absolutely the best vet. Have been going here for over 20 years and would not trust my cat to anyone else. The team is amazing. Love them all.
