Theona Park

Nice looking park. Spent last few days removing a trailer, staff was very helpful

They were very patient and accommodating during our attempt to move a park model out.

The quality of this park has slowly been going down. I saw another comment on here about bias concerning friends of the owners. It's certainly muttered about a lot that rules apply less to the drinking buddies" of one of the owners. However the quality of the park has gone down for a number of reasons and a lack of community interest is a big one. There used to be a lot of events (obviously this summer doesn't count due to covid) but people have become less and less interested in participating. No more breakfast on the beach or super awesome little maze for Halloween. Fire works are gone although

My family and I have been part of the Theona Park community for 6 years. My mom is a community member for over 10 years. My children have an idyllic childhood here at Theona. Their summers are filled of memories in the pool, fishing, campfires and bike rides down to grandma’s trailer. All three of my girls learned to ride their bikes here. Also, how many kids get to trick or treat and get a visit from Santa in the summer? Theona Park is a safe and respectful community. A fantastic choice to have a second home away from the hustle and bustle of life in the city. The lake view here is spectacular. Hands down the best lake and best view in this area. The owners do a great job at maintaining the facilities and ensuring the safety of everyone in the park. I commend them especially during this season’s Covid curveball.

We have had our trailer at Theona park for the past 21 years and loved this little bit of paradise and the owners. Great memories for 3 generations. Hate to leave but all my children and granddaughter have moved out west.

Great trailer park, just sold to Summerhill so hopefully it will be just as good next year. Maybe even better

Beautiful park, lake and playgrounds. The owners are decent, fair and kind. I LOVE it here so much!

This will be our third year at the park. Very clean and quiet, everyone respects each other's space. Great place for the kids.

Park rules are ridiculous. Trailers are so close together and there is zero privacy. You can only buy park models and the pricing is outrageous. Don't go here
