I like this location (with free parking if you shop there) and layout is great, but I can't trust what their inventory system says. I went there for a specific item. Not there even though there were supposed to be 7 in stock. Got help from staff who said sometimes the system is not accurate. I've had this problem with another location once.

I enter the store and stop at customer service, 4 people were there, only 1 with their back turned from me but no one acknowledged me so I could ask a quick question. I head to the aisle one finally told me where the item was only for 2 other employees near the paint area to be chatting, having me wait again to get the correct aisle. Thank goodness 1 employee, helping another customer, returned after to give me advice on the different choices of product to make the best choice. So after their assistance I proceeded to checkout only for the person in front of me to ask a cashier if they were open. Once I saw another cashier finished with a customer they started talking to another employee as I waited to be called. After a wait I finally had to take the initiative to ask if they were open. Not impressed at all that employees, except one amazing employee helping everyone it seemed, was more interested in social interaction with each other than assisting customers.

Hilarious just how bad the prices are on just about everything. Saw a small plastic insert for about 10x what it cost at the dollar store, looked to be the same quality.The pans, pots, and everything else I saw were priced quite expensively for incredibly basic levels of quality.Perhaps there are many things worth buying here, but to go here for anything I saw would be unwise and leave you out hundreds of dollars. Ended up going elsewhere for most of what I was looking for.

A really handy store considering where it is. Much larger than expected as it’s below ground. I like their sports section and they have a lot of bikes for sale. They also have a party store we have bought balloons at before.

One of the most horrible store manager I have had to encounter. Aggressive, rude and condescending. I cannot believe that she is running this store with this attitude. It is funny how I see some positive comments and the corporation is quick to respond to that. I will be complaining about this manager to the head office but I know that they won't take any action.

I gave up to buy at Canadian Tire stores.I saw the product and the price tag, but when you are paying the product is 3x the price of the tag. In fact, there's no tag for the product in the store and the manager refuses to sell you the product for the price I saw.

Store has a little bit of everything, even a Service Ontario. Has a large selection and was nicely spaced out giving us the opportunity to explore everything.

I literally enjoy this store.It has everything from kitchen supplies to bicycles and even workers Steel Toe shoes which are CSA approved.The store has gorgeous Christmas decor and lights and even Halloween costumes even Fall decorations.They also have skates, ice skates and roller blades.They have toys and games for adults and kids.It’s 2 floored and is Escalator friendly.They have basket ball football of all sorts.Have a lot of parking space and is elevator friendly
