Answered my E mail to them within a few hours.Came out to look at the job the next day and sent me a very reasonable quote. They also changed their schedule around to accommodate when I needed it done.Very friendly and knowledgeable. Can't wait for them to start my repair.

Ferrer Textured Ceilings specializes in ceiling repair and removal of popcorn ceilings and unwanted textures. If you are searching for a company to do that type of work you, as well as any interior painting, I highly recommend them.However, do NOT have Jose and his team do any tiling work for you. The kitchen floor tiles they installed need to be removed and replaced. Within a day of the installation, all the grout had cracked and one of the tiles had completely detached from the plywood subfloor. Two professional floor installers who will be redoing the floor for us, reported, after removing one of the loose tiles, that mastic had been used as the adhesive rather than thinset. They also said no orange Ditra underlayment was used and the tiles were installed directly on top of the single layer plywood subfloor.After the floor was installed, the person responsible for the job said to me that he has absolutely no idea as to why the grout was cracking.At this point, while we wait for the new floor to be installed, every couple of days another tile becomes detached from the plywood. The floor has become dangerous to walk on as the porcelain tiles pop up when stepped on, exposing their sharp corners.Ferrer should be hired for ceiling work, NOT for installing tile floors.

Jose did a great job patching a part of a textured ceiling that had been damaged by a water leak. I would add a photo, but there's nothing to see - it just blends in with the rest of the ceiling! That's how well he did it.Also, very friendly and professional; he offered an accurate estimate, protected the area to keep the space around it clean, and completed the work in a very reasonable time.
