Switching to Cambrian has been one of the best financial choices I've made. No longer am I subjected to the constant harassment of a bank that constantly tries to sell things to me or charge me more and more fees. And it was the financial adviser at this location that helped me make the decision to move -- very friendly, very knowledgeable, highly recommended.

my mother happen to have a seisure in this location and the employees were not helpful at all. they allowed other customers to stand there and stare, while they stood there and stared at her themselves. very disgusted.

several years ago I had a meeting with a branch employee. First I invested some funds into an RRSP. Then I was inquiring about opening a no fee bank account and a line of credit. I was asked to provide income information so a decision could be made relative to the LOC. I dropped off in person an envelope with tax info, income info etc.....Did not hear a thing back. Nothing. Complete mystery.

Worst service I had from any bank. Especially avoid the mortgage service agent from this branch. They confirm tons of things before making an application and then leave you hanging for a month to give a negative response which would be not more than two words ‘NO’
