Their lifetime warranty is a sham or scam, whatever you want to call it. They will attribute it to wear and tear - what is the use of a lifetime warranty then?? They will advise to BUY it from amazon or they will provide a list of local dealers who will order it for you at a cost that is not worth it - might as well change the whole set.Meanwhile, MOEN faucets and parts are way easier to get (usually in stock at homedepot - bring in defective part & they give you new one) and they will replace free on the spot if in stock.

called them for Delta Monitor 1400 shower faucet handle. Very common faucet. They gave me wait time in customer service 45 min.!!! From now on I stop recommending any Delta products to my customers. Customer service"... we dont' need such service. Best regards

Buy anything but Masco products and you'll be better off for it!

After a frustrating search at the dealer/retailers I was told to call Delta directly as I need two Delta mixer valves RP19804. They said Delta no longer supplies them the free replacement valve. I was somewhat disappointed in the change in Delta's service policy. However in contacting Delta (Masco Canada), Tho I am not the original owner of the home which is fitted with Delta throughout, the very kind lady sent me two complementary valves which arrived in two business days. That is customer service at it's best! I have always upgraded other kitchen and B/R faucets with DELTA. Thank You Delta as I will always consider first because of your superb Service supporting your Products.!!

I have been trying to get a replacement swivel head on my Delta now for over a year,they did not send it out, then they send the wrong color which I am still using, then they sent the wrong swivel head, then they did not send it again.I phoned today and they cannot find my phone number to look me up, well it seems the lifetime warranty is just a lifetime of running around making calls for nothing, I would much rather pay each time rather than getting screwed around over and over like this.Pick a different product with no lifetime warranty. That is my advice.

The fact that they try to sell you things with voice record while you are waiting to talk to customer services just fascinates me. Every time i hear someone talk i think finally someone to help me but for the 10th time it's them trying to sell stuff with voice record. I decided to never do business with them and also DELTA while i was on hold.

Great service. Dealt with a helpful staff member, Eric, who resolved our problem by replacing our Brizo faucet that was no longer under warranty. Recommend highly!
