Cedar Rapids, IA area— we took our clocks to him when we moved here two years ago, expert repair, great value pricing, fast and friendly. We stopped there this afternoon to have him look at two of my Father-in-law’s clocks. He fixed one while we were there (no charge) and the other he faces us quotes to replace the “chimes” so we could get information to FIL. This place is honest, reliable, friendly, and an expert. We will definitely be back!

I gave my nephew my husband's kinetic watch and I took it to Hahns clock repair so that way it could be repaired and I needed extra links and Glass. Best experience with the nicest people. Only charged me $5 for labor plus fixed another clock on the spot" for free. Then sent me home with a replacement key for a 3rd clock that I had lost (again at no charge). I insisted they didn't charge enough

Fixed my mantle clock over 10 years ago. Worked well until about a year ago. I took it in and a couple of months later it was running again for about a month. Took it in again and they got it going again for no charge. That fix lasted about 2 weeks. I'm done.

I dropped a clock off on 2/12. It has now been 10 months and it has not been touched. The only thing the clock needed was a number replaced on the dial and a key, that's it. I know there are not many people left in this profession, but this is an inexcusable amount of time to wait for a repair that might take 15 minutes at best.

GREAT JOB!!! Took a 19th century mantle clock in to be repaired. I know a bit about clocks, but this was beyond me. They discovered a cracked verge and a misplaced mainspring gear stop that caused it to not keep time, and to not completely wind down,,,things another clockmaker did not catch. Thoroughly explained the repairs, and I learned some new things about clocks. HEY, FOLKS!!!...THESE GUYS ARE BUSY! Good work takes time, and although it took several weeks, they returned it just about when they promised. Hahn Clock Repair is #1 with me. These other reviewers complaining about delay are just whiners....instant gratification types that revel in their ability to publicly complain with no consequences. Well, I'm here to tell you that they are WRONG! Got a busted clock? Take it to Hahn!

My grandpa’s old kitchen clock had been sitting around and collecting dust for over a decade. It needed a good cleaning since the pendulum would stop swinging after a few minutes. Took it to Hahn Clock Repair and they cleaned it right up and it now works beautifully. Am very satisfied with their service.
