Today I was really upset with lab technician . She took my blood test with dirty gloves she didn’t know what are the procedures to wear gloves .First she wear new gloves then she throw old gloves in the garbage bin .when I said now again your gloves was dirty if you don’t want to change your gloves then please sanitize your hands.she was started arguing with me . It’s was very bad experience for me. She said if you don’t like my service next time don’t comes here.

If I could give them a 0 I would. The staff is ridiculously rude and unprofessional. They are supposed to close at 4 30, their schedule on top of their front desk states that. I walked in at 4:17 rushing to drop off a sample, NOT to get a test done, just to drop off a sample. The lady was extremely rude and unprofessional, she said she closed everything at 4:15. So why do they have it scheduled for 4: 30? I was about to walk away but I decided to hold my phone up for her to see the time next to her schedule. She still refused to take the sample stating the name was handwritten on the bottle. I took the same sample to lifelabs and the ladies were amazing. They printed the label and processed it within mins.

My wife went for the pcr test. She was not provided with the “Verification code” afterward, which is needed to obtain the test result from their website, nor she was given the instruction on how to get the test result. As a result, she missed her flight the next day.The place was setups as a makeshift test site with no one there when we came back to follow up. Their phone number is not visible on their website unless you signed in. We are very disappointed at Alpha labs.

no matter it's covid or no . appointment or walk in .you need to stand on line for more than 2 or 3 hours.not organized at all . no one take your documents .even the seniors have to stand in the line .they are lucky that Google don't offer less than 1 stars

Very understaffed and long wait times. Best to come right when they open or be prepared to wait up to 1 hour to 2 hours.

Probably the worst lab I’ve ever been to. I would give them negative stars if I could. This used to be a life labs and it was much better before. The staff is so rude and treat you like you’re uneducated. There’s a lot of old people who live in this area and the nurses speak to them with no respect. They won’t even take a second to listen to you before they go on and on talking. Absolutely disgusting service and the nurses think they’re all know it all’s. Especially one Asian looking woman with a short bob cut is the WORST. Save yourself a headache and go to life labs across the street

Wait time too long. 2 hours minimum they take.Very less and unprofessional staff.

I have had open heart surgery. All of the staff are very friendly and do my inr testing as best as possible

Absolutely horrible service. Everyone had to wait outside the office for 30 minutes just to register with the lab requisition and health card. After which, we were seated in the seating room and have now been waiting for almost an hour now, in which time they have only called 3 patients. Terrible service considering I had brought my elderly father just to do a quick blood test that the doctor upstairs had just given us a requisition for.
