They should call this location microwave and chill not grill and chill , this location is an absolute joke they pre make all Pattie’s , manager tried to tell me that is protocol to microwave all burgers to melt the cheese I told them there supposed to be grilled to order and that’s how the cheese is melted and it retains the grilled flavour , but instead of having humility he has excuses. Never going back this location again ,go the Ladner location there 100% better , burgers grilled fresh to order , so you can imagine you get an over cooked patty no smoke flavour and a soggy bun stay away!!!

I had written to DQ to tell them about a series of pathetic Blizzards we bought after the change of ownership. Over and over I was asked to tell DQ HO, which DQ I was reporting, even tho I included the address and store number off the receipt each time. Those Blizzards were anemic to say the least, very little chocolate or other items in either one, cups not filled, etc. This is what transpired after that experience.Awhile back, there were some coupons in the mail or on a flyer, I forget which, for a free Dilly bar. One evening, we dropped in to the store on our way home and presented the coupon for the free Dilly bar. The young lady at the till, asked what else I wanted, I said nothing else, just the Dilly bar. She replied that I had to purchase something else to get the free Dilly bar. I took back the coupon and looked it over, then asked her to show me where there was any mention of having to buy anything else to get the free bar. She said it wasn't on there, we just had to buy something else to get the bar. We went back and forth a few times, people were lining up behind me, so I said, never mind, forget it. As I reached the door, she called to me saying, Okay

Food is decent although the fries are a sad amount for $4, and staff is unfriendly. Tables were all dirty but the store was not busy.

If only I could give this location zero stars I would. $18 for 2 soft serve ice creams -wth?? I don’t care that they call it Blizzard, it’s soft serve vanilla with simple toppings! Tastes like cold sweet milk , yuk! Never ever again !

Had the double patty , double bacon , double cheese burger, and large poutine . Good beefy burger . Good size poutine serving and very tasty . And of course oreo blizzard for later ! I sure miss the Oh Henry blizzards . Was my favourite.They stopped making Oh Henry Blizzard ! Why ? So good and popular .May 11,/23 , Oreo blizzard and tried Flame double bacon burger . Was ok. Fries ok , onion rings ok . Not my go to hamburger place . Was convenient today .

Super good service DQ! My eyes are stunned to see fast food prices for fries, drink and burger now very close to sitdown full fare restaurants. Today though, nice robust fries, soft drink and 1/3 double steak burger. The burger, very good EXCEPT, the bun was disappointing! Literally, it was as thin as a cardboard box? $14 for dinner on 2022 has to have better value and quality. Upgrade that bun and you will impress people.

The Tsawwassen location has not been able to accept gift cards for over 2 years. The people and manager working there just say it's their tills won't accept them. They microwave your fries when you get poutine which makes your fries soggy and gross. The roof leaks water when it rains.Since the new owners have taken over all they care about is bringing in money but have done nothing to the restaurant and running it into the ground.
