We hired Premier Group to renovate our Basement, Kitchen, main bathroom and replace all floor surfaces to hardwood throughout the main and second floor.All we can say is AMAZING !!! from the start, John came by for initial free appointment to see our house and talk to us about our project..He arrived on time and spent two hours with us, providing many design ideas for our basement, how to maximize the space we have and get the most of our $$$.He went through all the steps and process of the project, answered all our questions and provided abundance of information in lighting us with many details we didn’t even know to ask.We received a written detailed quote the next day. We did our research and had two quotes from other Contractors, Premier Group quote was not the cheapest of the quotes we had, but we felt comfortable with John and got some excellent feedback from their other customers, who had a great experience with them.What can I say, we are so glad we chose them, they owned up to their website slogans for sure!Their trades man were professional, clean and polite, always tried to work around our schedule and daily routine, the house was a mess as can be expected during renovations but they tried their best to manage the mess by cleaning up each area as much as possible once work has completed in that area.John supervised every step of the project and kept us updated constantly on the progress, he was almost always available and if we couldn’t get a hold of him, the nice lady, Shellina, at the office was there to address any concerns or answers any questions, John would follow up with us by day end to ensure the project is on track.The project went a bit over panned end date, but this was mostly because we kept adding and changing thing along the way.THE RESULT WAS STUNNING and way above what we could have imagined.All the attention to detail, John’s space optimizing ideas and the constant reassurance and support throughout the project made our experience with Premier Group very positive and easy.If you are planning any home improvement project, give Premier Group contractors a call.To our humble opinion, they are the best at what they do!Thank you John, Shellina, Martyr and Joe, you guys are the best

I am so incredibly pleased with my entire renovation (kitchen and 2 bathrooms). To say it turned out beautiful is an understatement. John, Alfredo and the crew are professional, detailed oriented contractors who work to please. John developed a vision for the renovation based on some input from myself and everything ended up exceeding my expectations. The crew was respectful of my neighbors and as a result, there were no issues. All work was complete as promised with nothing left undone. John is easy and open to communication and was always available to answer any questions in a timely manner. Having heard so many renovation nightmares from friends, I can honestly and openly say that I would recommend Premier Group Contractors to anyone. Spectacular work indeed!

Thank you to Premier Group contractors for a great experience in renovation our house.We renovated our entire main floor including new Kitchen, removing walls to create an open concept, flooring throughout, new powder room, on the second floor new en suit and also new flooring throughout.Because they did such a great job on compliantly renovating our house, we have decided to have Premier Group to renovate our basement as well.all I can say is WOW !!! Premier Group Contractors renovated our basement which included recreational space, bedroom, kitchenette, wet bar, washroom, laundry area and storage space. All types of work was required: demolition, electrical, plumbing, drywall, insulation, drainage, assembly, painting and floors. They did an excellent job in every respect: planning; organizing; daily communication and review (very important); waste disposal and daily clean up. Another important matter, they did not move between jobs during this time, Our project received total attention and complete dedication.We would definitely invite them to return for future renovation on our main and upper floor.
