RBC Royal Bank

Worst banking experience of my life.The tellers are decent, however the management is rude, unprofessional and incompetent. They turn you away and ask you to call customer care and have the audacity to make judgemental comments. RBC should shut down this branch

Totally a waste of time. Undertrained staff. One of teller doesn't have basic computer skills. She called manager for help. The manager asked me to go online for the form I demanded. Took me so long just to get a basic form. Why are there branches of Rbc if we need to do everything online? Why are they getting paid for if they only suggest do online. Need a well trained staff so work can be done in time efficient manner.

Beheshta Rahimy is such an amazing employee and provided me such an amazing service this morning. This was my third time coming and I was finally happy with her assisting me the others I have been with alwyas had some attitude of some sort. This young lady Beheshta rahimy provides amazing service and is so sweet and knows exactly what she is doing. Thank you.

Take your money to another bank!!! I only gave one star because there is no other option.Terrible customer care,she talking other worker when she with the costumer/me .She said everyone my account balance .And i told and give her $200 and she said and put my account $100 so i need 6 time say to her the amout.And when I would like pay other bank card (capital one) she don't know what she need to do ,so come someone wearing turban to help but , he said me I go to the Capital one bank and pay there ,but in Canada not has a Capital One bank .And he ask me where I have debit account and i go there .What does that have to do with where I have another account? My capital card i payed in RBC bank 6years,they register my card in RBC .The guy i don't remember his name but he wearing turban was so rude , and he talked so grumpily. I don't understand how they can afford this behavior. But that's why is this bank so empty. That's why I don't even open debit account with RBC and I don't recommend this bank to anyone. There is no customer care .

Today, I went with my son to open an account at this branch. We were greeted in a very courtious manner by one of the employees( a Sikh Gentleman) who requested us to wait couple of minutes until an advisor becomes available. The advisor name was Sonal. Sonal received us respectfully. She explained and provided information on the various bank products and rewards. She was very polite and knowledable. I do not bank at RBC, but found the service excellent at this location.

Nice staff very welcoming. Visited here to to get the good standing letter didnt have appointment but still get my letter just in few minutes. Thanks to Rbc and Nazneen who helped me out. Thanks a lot 10/10

Very disappointed in the response from an advisor at this location regarding our Avion travel rewards. Refusing to return messages and get a resolution for us after going back and forth about an issue we have had outstanding for the past 3 years. Time to find a new bank!

Enita and Roojoot never disappoint.Rbc was the last bank I opened an account but it became my first choice for my banking needs because of the service I have received at this location consistently over the years.

Very poor service ,no one serves you in person and on phone never can get a chance to talk with human and teleprompter can not understand what ever you said … if you go to book online appointment you are unable to do so because they were experiencing some issues (and this is for every time )

Mr Sahil Dhawan was very cooperative and helpful in banking services. Overall I had a great experience banking with this branch of RBC.
