called to get a price for an OIL !! and was asked for the serial number of the machine when im clearly telling her what GRADE oil i need , i told her that she does not need the SN but she didnt seem to understand and transferred me to someones voicemail! called her back and was told that everyone is busy and that no1 can help me out ! pretty unprofessional

Si je pouvais donner un ZERO je l'aurais fait, l'entreprise n'a aucune approche de service apres vente. Larry m'installe une thermopompe en hiver dernier, des la 1ere utilisation en juin 2019 elle fait defaut, ça m'a pris presque 2 semaines pour avoir un Technicien. pas plus d'un mois apres le meme defaut apparait , la clim ne refroidit pas, fuite de GAZ. j'appelle quotidiennement pour avoir du service mais en vain.je ne vous recommande nullement de faire affaire avec cette entreprise, allez y voir ailleurs

I was in my car with my daughter and your truck driver who was driving your truck is a danger to the public.He tried to smash into me .I followed him on the highway after and he was cutting other drivers on the road .Very impatient and was intimidating us in the car.Driving at night around 10pm.on March 26.I own a company myself and it's a disgrace to have a driver like that working for you.

Worst company ever! no service after sale. We have a AC installed by them last July and it's already broken and we called for service and after almost a week, no technician has called us back. This company is really bad and I would give them 0 star if I could. Honestly, if you are thinking of doing business with this company, you should definitely reconsider since there is absolutely no service after sale.
