Very poor customer service. Customers waiting at the cash counter and no one shows up for 10 mins. Yes, there is an option for self check out but it doesn't give the discount which we are entitled for on Tuesdays. This discount has to be asked for and employee has to manually add that discount. And this is not the first time I have experienced this.

DO NOT GO HERE IF SENT SENSITIVE. they have the perfume at the front of the store.Pharmacy was not knowledgeable and I left with out what I needed.I did leave with a VERY BAD HEADACHE because of the layoutThey really should do better

This is probably the most quiet and empty Shoppers Drug Mart location in the city. It's pretty common to come to the tills and there isn't a single staff member around, so you have to wait for one to notice and walk over. The self checkout is an option but its very small so unless you have only 1 or 2 items it isn't great. On the upside, there's a lot of selection in the store and it's always easy to shop there with nobody else around.

Very friendly staff, especially the Pharmacist. They explain about the medication very well. They also remind me for the refills. I got my mom's and my grandpa's all prescriptions transferred here. Thank you again pharmacy team.

My doctor sends my prescriptions here and the people on pharmacy counter are super fast compared to other pharmacies. They are very very patient and listen to our queries and try to help with suggestions.

I purchased a package of AAA batteries from Shoppers on Victoria Ave. The next day I tried to return them to Shoppers on Chuka because I wanted to buy them with a coupon that was expiring soon that I forgot to use the first time. They refused to return them even though the package had never been opened and I had my original receipt. They said their inventory is different." So

The Manager Brent is one uncultured being, he obviously doesn’t know how to talk to someone and apparently only hires women/girls who are Ukrainian because his gf is one. Most of them don’t know what cosmetics are.

I made a purchase of electronic for the first time at shopper’s and totally regret it. Bought Fuji Instax mini camera which is a useless piece of device… went to return that and they say we can only take sealed box electronics. Now I don’t know the magic trick to test the item without opening the box. This policy is ridiculous and not mentioned on reciept, you have to search website and read details to find that out. They should tell the customers at time of purchase that electronics once opened cannot be returned.
