This is one the best gym in Surrey and Delta. If you are serious about your fitness goals, than you should try this gym. They have all the equipment and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I recommend everyone to try this out.

THIEFI want to share with my experience this gym. Last year I started gym then I pay cash $600 for 6 months after 6 months complete then I pay through my card bi-weekly $28. This year I went holiday August 12 - 2022 and come back November - 23 - 2022. My account was hold after that I came back they send me email for balance - $52.50. Then I told them I have hold my account but they said you have to pay. Then I paid $60 cash and still they said you have to pay $65 more without using the gym. Check out how they stole your money.Now they put me on collection agency. I already cancelled my account in November. Now that gym wants more money how cheap people is that .

I joined Cave athletics as it is great 24hr gym and also has an amazing boxing program. Coach Mark goes hard in the paint and helps you develop many boxing techniques to perfection. Whether its for conditioning or competition, highly recommend his program!

Gym equipment is awesome besides the leg extension, feels like the front of my calf is about to be broken into 2, and the weights do not match with the bars whatsoever, everytime i bench, because the inside of the plates are metal, it feels extremely wobbly and that could risk a wrist injury and there’s only two benches, like what is that… The main problem is the weights for the barbells are just absolutely horrible and it’s extremely unstable
