Millo Kitchens and Baths provides excellent service to their clients! We were looking for a reliable, good-quality work and professional workmanship, when we wanted to get our custom closets done, and there, I came across Sam and his excellent colleagues who were so thorough and prompt with the installations.They ensured that all of our work needs were met, were considerate of our requirements and when done, they left the work area all clean!!Excellent job team!.... I would absolutely recommend their service to anyone, who is looking for tension-free renovations and will go back to them whenever in need of any further, related work at my home :)

From the minute we arrived at Millo Kitchens, we were greeted with friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable service. After looking at many options for our condo renovation we chose Millo because they came recommended by a friend. We made the right choice! It was a pleasure working with Millo, from the initial home visit to final the installation. We were working within a strict budget and Sam made excellent recommendations so we could save money and still get what we wanted. As you are aware that getting Renovation is one of the most challenging jobs for any person but for us (myself and my wife) it was a journey that we enjoyed every moment of it with MILO Kitchen and their experts especially Siddharth and Abhishek. The “Can Do” attitude and the professionalism they showed through out the renovation was top notch. The beauty of this engagement was that they always come up with ideas and solutions with a smile that kept us engaged with an amazing result which you can see from our house videos posted. Renovation is a stressful journey but for us it was fun and enjoyment with no stress with these amazing people. Every person who worked on the project for e.g., Reza and Hamid (Paint Job, Tiling), Ranjot ( Cabinets) etc. had done an excellent job with fantastic outcome. Stefani and the team at Millo were amazing in getting my new kitchen counter installed from start to finish. They answered all my questions and were able to get the granite counter installed very quickly. I would highly recommend them for any kitchen and bathroom needs.

After going through the process of renovating our main floor, we can saywithout an ounce of doubt, that Sam and the team at Millo were by far thebest trade we worked with. Their customer service is exceptional. They wereproactive, they followed up with us and kept us informed throughout the wholeprocess, and they were responsive. We got several quotes before decidingwhich kitchen company we were going to proceed with. So we can confidentlysay Sam and Millo were very fair with their pricing and were willing to workwithin our budget for our dream kitchen and laundry room. A few monthsafter the complete installation of our kitchen and laundry cabinets, one ofthe drawers was loose and we emailed Sam on a Sunday evening, by afternoonof the next day, someone was at our place to fix the drawer. The afterservice we received is an indication of a business that cares for theircustomers and their reputation. We continue to be extremely impressed withSam and his team and will definitely use them for our next project. I chose Millo Kitchens and Bath in September, 2022. They were very friendly and easy to deal with. I had my kitchen cabinets, countertop, and two bathroom vanities with countertops ordered from them. Everyone from Deanna, at the front desk to Sam, Abhishek, Mukhtar…. were all friendly, helpful, willing to assist and professional….!!When ever there was some issue to address and rectify, they were very responsive and efficient. Abi (Abhishek), was remarkable with his ongoing attentiveness to the situation at hand. Always replied to my texts and returned my calls. He was my go to guy!!! I never felt uncomfortable or nervous approaching Abi for anything that needed addressing….!!! Sam took the time, from his busy day, to visit my home to assess a situation that I addressed with him. Mukhtar came along with Abi a couple of times and offered his valuable insights!! Deanna was always smiling, greeting us and offering to assist. They did not disappoint with the end result of the whole experience!!In the end, I had a great experience with the company!! Jay, Sam, and the entire Millo team have been amazing to work with. We did a large Reno on our new home, and couldn’t be happier with the finished look. I really love how Jay and the team were able to bring our vision and design to life! They recommended great ideas, and have been nothing but extremely helpful, responsive, and quick to implement. I would highly recommend Millo Kitchens and Baths. Please see photos below of all the great work they have done with our home. They have done all our closets, created storage and desk space under our stairs, created an accent stone wall with a cool media stand and mounted the tv, created a wall unit in our bedroom, along with a brick accent wall and lastly designed our kitchen table/island. Super happy with the work!

My review runs hot and cold. Millo did a great job where it counts. The cabinetry is beautiful, high quality, and professionally installed. We've had our new kitchen since spring and we're thoroughly pleased and enjoying all its features, comfort, and functionality to the max. Our quartz countertops are gorgeous too. Millo has their own experienced, trusted 'in-house' trades (electrician, plumber, tiler, carpenters) which is probably the main reasons we chose them. They all worked well together to get the job done.There is room for their improvement though. Sometimes it was difficult to communicate with or get hold of my job manager. My voicemails and texts were bounced around between various office and personal emails and phone numbers. Because of this, they sometimes dropped the ball, so there were many deficiencies to be rectified. Tip tray (at sink) was missing (fixed:-) ) The glass uppers ended up with the wrong finish inside the cabinets. The were also frosted instead of clear glass (they fixed this). Chef's desk was installed at the wrong height (they fixed it). Under cabinet lighting was a headache as was switched from recessed to LED strip lighting mid-stream. So there was not enough recessed space provided to hide the LED strips, so they would shine in our eyes. Also, they wouldn't stay stuck in place and started drooping and falling down. Fixing it was difficult. One LED strip is still drooping down as I pen this. The peninsula drawers banged into my stove and needed to be completely redone (shortened) in order to clear it.Despite these, and other problems, Millo was tremendous in their efforts to fix everything and make it right. And they did it all with a smile on their faces. They were always pleasant, polite, and caring throughout. I was probably not their easiest customer, and they always did their best to get the job done right. I realize that no renovation is without it's mistakes and issues, but I could have done without such a long list of problems to solve. All in all, I'm satisfied and would well recommend Millo for your next Kitchen or bathroom renovation.
