Kim went out of her way to stay in the store after 5 PM because I needed to change my modem on Super Bowl night after it suddenly died. My modem broke down at 4:30 and after roughly 30 minutes on the phone with Bell they told me five days from now a technician will come to fix it, this was unacceptable. When I called the store at 4:58 and told Kim I was 15 minutes away she said I’m about to leave but I will wait here for you no problem. She helped me very quickly, and I was very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you so much!!!

I came here to get my first Canadian phone number and I had a great experience. They had their best interest in my needs and good prices considering I went to multiple phone service providers before coming here. My husband is very happy and so am I. The pretty lady in the back was very kind and helpful, thank you!
