Came to clean my Tiffany&co jewelry, they took the bracelet but refused to clean the colliers, that I all bought from this store. And we told them that we bought the cleaning liquid already from them but it doesn’t clean anything, make it make sense. They all inside have condescending looks, talking behind the back of customers without any discretion, acting like they own the store when they are Tiffany&co ordinary employees, not impressed. I went to différents locations around the world, this one was the worst, no professionalism whatsoever, a bad look for this brand.

I was visiting Montreal and I wanted to get a pair of silver ear rings (in which I bought at the Tiffany & Co in Vancouver) cleaned before giving it to my girlfriend (because I had took them out to see so many times since I was excited/ nervous to give it to her). I walked in and there was only one customer in which one staff was attending to and there was three employees just standing around on their phones and talking to each other. I waited awkwardly for someone to help me until the employee who was helping someone told me to give her a second as she finishes with the customer... so I waited while staring at the 3 staff who were doing nothing. When the customer left, the lady who said would helped me goes and checks her phone for 5 mins until she comes. I handed her the ear rings and she went to clean them. When she came back she accidentally drops the ear rings on the ground and picks it up saying oops, don't worry, they are clean. (She did not even apologize....) I thought she would at least go and clean them again since SHE DROPPED THEM ON THE FLOOR.I was so appalled by this customer service, I started wondering if it was because I wasn't francophone...When I went to leave the store, the door man who opened the door when I walked in chose not to open the door for me when I left... when I clearly saw him open doors previously for both customers entering and exiting.I still don't understand how a customer can be treated this way... was it because I didn't buy anything? or were they being racist since I didn't speak French???

Place an order online. A week later, I got an email asking me to call them. I called it and it was just to tell me that my order was canceled. Nothing they can do and no compensation/coupon for a future order. Basically a waste of time...I would rather have just received a cancelation email instead. I’m disappointed I had to wait a full week just for that.

I like the way they treat clients. They are not agressive salers. Whenever I go they are very patient, I’m not easy to take a decision, they are truly helpful. Even if I have some special requests, they try to accommodate me. When I bring jewelry for cleaning, service is fast. I like going there.

The customer care is at it should be , professional, courteous, friendly, nor condescending.. i got the same service in NYC. The only thing is I was looking to buy a gift for my daughter and the bracelet I tried on was tarnished or dull looking ! She explained that it was tried on too often! I was really surprised! Left a bracelet too be cleaned and said I will look again next time ! Found the experience disappointing! You should show your jewellery at its best !!

Always recieve amazing customer service for cleanings, buying, or piocking up iteams. Staff is very friendly and curtious and very knowledgeable about their pieces. Cleanings always on time and done very well. Definetly a smaller location than the one in holt renfrew but definitely feel more welcomed and attended to in this location!!

Very beautiful jewelry. I bought a few for my wife. Customer support is excellent. But I don't really like coming in person because the sellers ask too many personal questions for my taste. I understand it's their job and a way to make the experience more enjoyable but, for me, it makes me feel uncomfortable. There should be some sort of way of saying you want it to be strictly business.
