The store was clean and well-maintained, and there was plenty of parking available in the lot. I appreciated the fact that there were also shopping carts available to use, as I had a lot of items to purchase.One of the best things about this location was the friendly and helpful staff. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile and asked if I needed any assistance.

Comparing to regular Costco shopping in California.Pro: they have a price checker, and we don't. Gas is cheaper than elsewhere. No line to get in. Great prices on most products and sales.Con: worker having a power trip on a policy that may just be culturally strict. People are still let into the store up to closing. But they start not to let people go to the back at the same time. I was right next to what I needed but the worker rudely told me I couldn't grab it because they were closed. Then why let me in to the store? I have never had that happen in any Cali Costco.I love Costco but I was stunned by the lack of accommodating customer service that I'm used to.

What you expect from Costco, but this one is always packed full. Parking is hard, to get in line is hard, even the gas station is always full. Perhaps because it’s the only Costco around that region.

Always busy no matter what time and day of the week it is. Stock isn’t always there or replenishment doesn’t happen fast enough for some items, but you can expect that from any grocery store of this size.They should definitely rethink their lineup / flow when customers go to checkout. It’s always jammed and not very well organized.
