Always bought Kenmore appliances and had no idea what to buy now. We have been in Gravenhurst area for 25 years and have seen Knapps as a thriving business all those years. They must be doing something right so we decided to check them out and get their advice. Reliable, knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly honest people. Bought a fridge and went back the next day to buy a new stove. Didn't expect delivery so quickly as we know they were busy but pleasantly surprised to have the fridge delivered so soon, the day before the family arrived. Much appreciated and needed. Prices are competitive with the big box stores but much better service and confidence in their advice. Many thanks.

Visited today to purchase a new dishwasher. We entered the store in Gravenhurst and were promptly met by a young man who “makes the deliveries”, as the owner was on the phone.We had a pretty good idea what we wanted, and learned that Knapps has a much larger selection IN STOCK than many other larger box stores in the area, including both The Brick and Leon’s who advised of “potentially lengthy waits” for much of the new inventory.We decided on a new stainless dishwasher which they gave us a $40 price reduction for “carrying it out” (as opposed to having it delivered), even though they do have “Free Delivery within a 5 mile radius” (essentially within Gravenhurst), which we are not located within.They even helped us load it into our vehicle. We enjoy supporting small business, especially when they are at a better cost and have what we need WHEN we need it.Thanks Knapp’s!!!!

Went in to buy new appliances. Toured the store for 15 minutes and was never acknowledged by the sales staff. The owner was just browsing on his computer the whole time. Decided to go elsewhere.

True family run business. Service way above and beyond any corporate store

This family run business provides excellent service from help with the selection of your appliance to the delivery. Our dishwasher broke down and we went into the store at 11am and took delivery at 2pm the same day! The big box stores were weeks for delivery. The delivery personnel were very helpful and showed me how to install the new dishwasher myself. This is the 4th appliance we've purchased from Knapp's Gravenhurst Furniture and we will continue to go back.

I just completed my second major purchase at Knapp’s Gravenhurst Furniture and highly recommend this store. Everyone from the sales staff to delivery drivers were extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of appliances, mattresses and furniture; all great quality! Although they are in Gravenhurst, they delivered to Huntsville and set everything up free of charge. Not at all like the big box stores.
