Every time I go to this location, I am amazed. Great service, clean location and just being polite are hard to come by lately. This place has it in spades! I come in and the restaurant is clean (including the washrooms), I always get a smile (plus suggestions to get more Tims points or better prices) and a thank you, etc. It seems like the staff are treated well. A breath of fresh air! Thank you and I will be a regular customer :).

In my opinion, this Tim Horton's provides the best service by far in the entire West Island, In fact, I don't know of a fast food restaurant that provides better service in all of Quebec, at least as far as I can remember.... They never make mistakes... No need to have to check your bag when using the drive thru.

Ordered a chili combo, despite a cold brew coffee being included on the menu board, we were charged for the price. We were also told a muffin was included but we were charged. They were a pain about the mistake.whats the pont of a combo of you are being charged for every item individually. The staff misinformed us and refused to acknowledge their mistake. These few dollars will not make anyone bankrupt but it's a matter of dishonesty

Drive through should really be remodeled so that the line doesn't block the entire strip mall parking and the road, but the staff is really great here.

Tim Hortons sells to be famous for being the premiere Canadian donut shop. However, it was just average compared to shops in the US. Also, the coffee was okay-ish, but it was definitely not great. The staff was nice, though.

This is the best managed Timmy's I've ever been to. The manager was at the cash running a tight ship. The place was clean, the service was fast for a packed Saturday. Will definitely come back.

They deserve more stars so this is one ⭐️ extra star.The manager of the tim hortons there is awesome there was a lot of people around 8:00am and he was helping the employees serving clients not all the managers do that the shelf's where very clean display and there was around 33 clients no one was waiting and each client got what he want awesome service awesome team i like the way they work it's like a sinfonie

Best Tim Horton service I ever got! The counter girl was fast /Semi friendly with White people, but super friendly with her nationality…. But I’m giving her a 10/10 in service I was in and out in less than 5 mins!
