Couldn’t give them a lower star. Order was it supposed to be at a certain location in a certain time specifically says on the package but was dropped off at the completely wrong address. Nowhere close to where it should’ve been now I have to fight with him for a refund I do not suggest getting FedEx to ship or have them ship anything from you or to you there delivery employees are not qualified for the job.

Paid for express shipping. Three days in a row I was told I’d get my package by the end of the day. 2 of the days they delayed for weather while the weather was perfectly fine. Today it’s delayed because “delivery was not attempted”. Lazy workers, every excuse not to deliver. I’ll be filing a complaint and getting my money back. If I knew they’d be this bad at their jobs I would just drive to Belleville and pick the damn thing up myself. What a joke.

The absolute worst experience! The gentleman working on Friday May 26 obviously did not know how to do his job:A. The form was filled out incorrectlyB. My package was delayed at customsC. My package did not arrive at the designated time.All this fantastic service for 493.00! There is absolutely no way I would ever deal with FedEx in Belleville ever again

Terrible customer service . They do not try to help the disabled people at all. I called to have my nephew pick up a lift recliner I ordered and I was the only one that could get it even though I am disabled . I asked them to deliver it and was told that the request would be put in and they didn't know if it would be delivered. So now I have a recliner I paid 1200 for somewhere out there and not in my possession. Awful service.

Waited for two days and the changed the date to next day delivery. Then they delivered it to the wrong address and no one knows where the package is.

FedEx Driver ComplaintMy home receives deliveries from carriers including UPS and Purlator. However, the Belleville, Ontario FedEx driver Mark, from the Belleville shipment centre refuses.That’s his prerogative. Yesterday he called me on his cell, telling me he won’t drive to my home. He yells and talks without interruption; stating the lane in unmaintained. I was shocked at the behaviour and language. I attempted to interact with him for a solution; maybe meet him or deliver to an alternative location. He hung up!The FedEx driver Mark, is a disgrace to the great name and service standards of FedEx.In order for me to get the important package I needed. I had to leave my business commitments drive three hours to the FedEx shipping centre in Belleville to pick up the document. I was met by a similarly aggressive rude young lady attendant, it seems “birds of a feather flock together”.Over many decades my business has used FedEx, that no longer is likely to be the case, unless these employees apologize, they do not reflect the superb and long-standing excellent service that I have experienced over the last couple of decades I hope the senior management who are responsible for these two employees take a very close look at the impact that they are having on their Belleville business and take appropriate actions to protect their business and their reputation.For the record.My home is on an unpaved lane, there are three full time all season homes.This road is maintained all year. Compliant with 911 access. Meets insurance requirements. Every day all year round, regular cars (Not All Wheel Drive) use this lane, propane suppliers, contractors, Hydro One and of course emergency services, not excluding Purlator and UPS, all drive on it all seasons.

Package came 2 days earlier than they said and allegedly was attempted to be delivered at 12:00. Wouldn't let me schedule another delivery attempt so I had to go pick it up. The worker behind the counter was very quick grabbing the package and was friendly. If I could give partial stars it would be between 2 amd 3 stars.

Fedex said they would deliver today. My girlfriend and I sat outside all day to wait because of porch pirates. We called FedEx and we're told our parcel was on the truck. We were told they deliver up until 10pm. 8:00pm, we get a text message saying unable to deliver. Twice during the day, a FedEx truck stopped in front of our building. Driver looked at her clipboard and then drive away. We called FedEx as soon as we got the txt msg. They said they tried to deliver at 7:30pm. We were sitting outside. Some of our neighbors were sitting outside. No truck was here at 7:30pm. Now they're saying it will be delivered tomorrow but they can't guarantee what time. So again, I have to take a day off work - essential worker - so I can wait for the parcel to show up. They also tried to say the driver said they left a delivery notice on the door. Again, we were sitting outside and nobody saw a FedEx truck. This is not the first time this has happened either. The last time, it was another TWO DAYS before they bothered to deliver. Way to treat essential workers. Really nice customer service. Would give MINUS 5 stars if able. Will NEVER EVER use or recommend FedEx to anybody.

Not happy going there to pick up items. Unpaved road with lots of potholes. It’s a depressing place.

I ordered a quilt from Bed Bath and Beyond. It was coming from California via Fed Ex. the tracking continued all through the US trip up to Buffalo and then was transferred to Canadian Fed ex. It took a few stops and ended at the destination depot in Belleville at 5:07a.m. on Nov 9,2022. Then apparently it disappeared into thin air. It was never delivered, the staff could not find it. The customer service was not helpful at all just said go back to the seller. They offered no explanation as the the vanishing of my parcel. This is totally unacceptable to me but I have no recourse as to their thievery and I am out $200.00. They offered no compensation what so ever. Very poor service. DO NOT USE FED EX EVER.
