Renting the unit was very easy, the staff were wonderful to deal with. My code for entry didn't work so they got it fixed up quite quickly. I would use sentinel again in the future!

We used this storage locker on our family road trip we dropped off half of our stuff in the locker before heading through the Rocky Mountains and boy was it a lifesaver. We had more room and less weight it was great. The storage locker was secure clean and the employees made the whole process super easy. I would highly recommend.

So easy to set up and book a unit. Was all done fast and remotely. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Unit was clean and as described, very easy to load as well. Area was secure and convenient times for gate access. Really great experience and I’d absolutely use this company again and recommend to others.

The staff were absolutely incredible! Not only were the staff so pleasant and helpful, but they made every effort to make sure we were getting the best rate possible for our needs and saved us money in the long run. We would rent a locker from them again for sure. Lockers were clean, lit and well maintained!

The women in the office are very nice, very helpful, there was a problem with pymt on a different card we used and they gave us a month free for the mix up,Will use this storage facility again if needed.

As a representative of Lethbridge Volleyball Club we greatly appreciate Sentinel Store and their willingness to sponsor our club. We are a not for profit club and their partnership allows us to store our equipment for a part of the year and keep the fees for our athletes lower!
