Went with my wife and 3 month old daughter. My daughter kept me busy since she got fussy. But good collections overall and reasonably helpful staff. The female staff at the location I visited, did seem a little weirded out to see a dad and baby daughter in the store with a stroller. Just my feeling... she didn't say nothing though... But in the future, I might just refuse to enter lingerie stores even if my wife requests me to. I think it is best to reserve such awkwardness for elsewhere. Hah

Our 15 yr old daughter was in a couple weeks ago. While trying items in fitting room 2 staff were speaking loudly discussing watching my daughter as they assumed she would steal. She did not steal, but spent $141. Just because she is young DO NOT assume she would steal. Pathetic

HUGE THANK YOU TO NICOLE!!!! She is a breath of fresh air, she took her time to help me and even fit me. Ive been wearing the wrong bra for years!!!!!!! I never understood that having the right fit is life changing!!!!!

So awkward. I'm pretty sure the staff had a meeting that week, and they were told Try to use the word 'sexy' more to describe the pieces. It's really effective." The staff (3 different women) must have said it 8 times each.It felt super weird and overdone."

I always wear sports bras so I had no idea what size I needed and Angel who works there was super helpful and informative as well as all the other employees, I was very impressed and how helpful and friendly all the staff working this Saturday were, I will definitely be coming back more often!

I went there in need of some items and found exactly what I was looking for and was informed about everything I needed and what would be the best fit for me the entire time. The employees were all extremely helpful and informative. Their customer service was absolutely amazing, they made me feel so comfortable in my skin. It’s clear that they all really cared. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs help finding the right fit!The store was also very well stocked with most items, lots to choose from!

Sarah is hella funny and friendly. She made me feel comfortable with looking for something, slapped me back to reality when I started to judge my body. She helped me realize anyone can look good in anything, as long as you have the mentality. Thanks girl, you rock as a person and at your job. Everyone else here is also very accommodating and friendly. Thank you! Will be shopping here frequently.

The staff at this store are super friendly and helpful. Nicole is the most masterful bra sizer and selector I've ever met - after sizing me up and asking me which styles I was interested in, she had me in a change room trying different sizes/styles till they were perfect, then asked me to choose my colours. I left with 5 new bras in hand - unbelievable!!

Awful experience. My bra broke after using for a month and a half and when I came to ask for an exchange the girl said that it was against store policy and that I should try another La Senza because they might help me but she wouldn't. When I told her that I couldn't use the bra, she grabbed it and threw it into the garbage

the staff here is absolutely wonderful, especially Lucia. she helped me out finding a bra that actually fit me correctly that had everything I was looking for. I've been struggling for years with this and always got super anxious every time id walk into these stores always leaving with something that wasn't right for me. ill definitely be coming back more often!
