Wish I can give zero star.... I ask them for the restroom and they said restrooms are not for public... Like seriously, Someone brought a load for you and you people can’t provide restroom.. Disappointing.... God bless them

We've used Aerostream several times to deliver our goods across the city. The drivers have always been on time and friendly to work with. Dispatch is also very responsive, replying all our emails in a timely manner.

Completely deplorable ethics when coming to making mistakes. This was my first and last time using this company due to not trusting anything that they say.First. I was not contacted let me know that my cargo had arrived from the US.Secondly. I had reach out and contact them just to receive an email and return after they figure it out week later where my parcel was after it had arrived.Third. I was instructed in an email print out my invoice in touch base with Customs to clear first before coming to their warehouse. After spending over 20 minutes in the lineup I was instructed that I have to go to Aerostream First to receive my paperwork before attending customs which now took me another 20 minutes to clear. Not impressed with so ever.While receiving my paperwork at Aerostream they informed me that I was instructed to touch base with them first it was in my email. I said it wasn't in the email, they said it was after showing them that it wasn't the front desk changes their tune.Ethics are important in life specially when one makes a mistake and this company decided to try to cover their rear end instead of just being upfront that they made mistakes! This is the main reason I will not do business with them ever again.....

Worst ever. Driver was going to leave delivery on the street. Would not bring delivery into building. $250 later, we had to deliver our own products. And to top it off. The driver took many pictures of staff unwrapping and moving products themselves. Talk about inappropriate!As an Update (March 5 2023) I emailed the email address given to me in the response as the owner. I have NOT received any kind of email, or followup from them. I guess the problem stems from the top. If the OWNER doesn't care, why should the employees.Sad Times. Would NEVER EVER recommend them.

0 start. world’s worse shipping and receiving service. no one care that anyone is waiting. even when u call someone they said just a minute but after 30 min same situation

First class service and great staff, we now use Aerostream for all our land based freight and logistics.Seriously why has no one else rated these guys 5 stars yet??We constantly phone asking for services which are either unfamiliar to or completely out of the realm of what they normally do and they bend over backwards for us and always get the job done. Well done team. Talk to their Ops manager Chris if you need a job done efficiently and expediently.

The office is maintained very beautifully with Awesome staff. Kindly keep warehouse clean also. That's your earning source which pays you off.
