Nate from Southwest Home Inspections did an excellent job, and helped us avoid buying a lemon. His attention to detail helped discover a series of red-flags under a house for which we wanted to make an offer. What makes Nate remarkable is that he was willing to crawl into a crawl space that was very cramped due to recent HVAC duct installations. Despite this awkward area, he was able to discover that the floor beams had dry rot. This discover, among others, ended up being a deal breaker for that house.We ended up avoiding purchasing this house and found a much better place after. Thanks for doing such a great job Nate!
