Victoria's Secret & PINK

Was given a gift card for Christmas that was bought at this store. When I went to use it for the first time at the same store, balance was zero. Apparently they've had fraud at that time and had a bunch of their gift cards tampered with. Even though they were aware of this, they didn't honor the gift card and I lost out on using it at all.

I never went in a VS before. I have seen a wonderful looking bra from outside and went in the Lady, I think her name was Victoria as well, she was very helpful and nice. She showed me a different bra. I went in a dressing room, tried them, and they fitted well. It wasn't until I was in the dressing room that I realized I was at Viktoia's Secret. So, know I owned my first VS bra ever. I like it very much.

I wish if I was able to give zero star. Today I had very bad experience with these guys, as my sister went to WEM and she bought two bra’s for me of 34dd size ($63) and it didn’t fit me and today I went there for exchange and I didn’t had print copy of receipt. They just given me $42 for exchange and I get one bra of my size 32dd and spent more $20.97 there. Worse experience ever, as both bra had tags on it and it was brand new. Manager was too rude. Absolutely I will never go there.

Hands down my favourite Victoria Secret store to shop at for my special lady. The staff is consistent in helping you get whatever you need. Jessica was just that sales associate today, a great asset. Thanks for making my experience a pleasant one!

I don’t usually leave comments but I had the most amazing experience today and wanted to share! I don’t venture to west Ed often but needed all new bras so went this AM.I had four associates greet, help, and offer to give me a bra fitting. The girl in fits went above and beyond even though it was quite busy. The greeter approached me and offered a bra fitting as soon as I walked into the store. Even the gentleman on cash was super friendly! I truly applaud whomever trained these staff as each one of them was so friendly and helpful! What wonderful service by wonderful people:)

Very poor service!My daughter bought perfume roller, she didn’t realized it was previously opened, she paid for it, came home found out the whole bottle was empty, the bottle was dark, can’t tell if it’s full at the time, small bottle.So she came back to ask for a refund, after talking to a manager, she was told that she can’t get a refund because they think she dumped out the perfume herself. That’s very insulting, who does that, it’s a $10 purchase!!I’m making a fuss here because she just told me this now and she doesn’t have the receipt anymore, it’s the principle and this is not about the price.I suggest everyone checked the package before you pay, since there’s no honor system here, trust no one.

I received a gift card for Christmas from the WEM Victoria Secret store for $200, went to use it today for the first time and they said the balance was $0. Proceeded to tell me that the store had lots of fraud with their gift cards on the day it was purchased...and there was nothing they could or would do about it. Called customer service where they told me it was used in Ontario when I can prove I was in Mexico. They said there was nothing they could/would do and because their store was compromised I was out $200 and they took no responsibility for the fraud that happened at their store at that time. They just stole $200. I could understand if I lost the gift card or if I had been somewhere where it could have been compromised, but that wasn't the case. I would never buy a gift card from this location.

I would like to express my satisfaction with Victoria's Secret's products and customer service. I have been a loyal customer and have always found the quality of their lingerie to be exceptional. The staff are always friendly and helpful, making my shopping experience enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Victoria's Secret to anyone in need of high-quality lingerie and excellent customer service.

We coming with my husband to buy gift certificate, and they just debited money from my account, and cannot give it back or put on gift certificate. Thanks manager for terrible work!
