It seems like everyone dislikes the receptionist lol…. She did seem somewhat unprofessional when we went today but I couldn’t hear any rudeness from her. The male doctor there (didn’t catch his name) was very nice, and I think this is a good place. Since it’s smaller you gotta come early, though. Short wait times for walk in appointments!

I visited the clinic three times from last two weeks because of my husband sickness. Doctor kabongo is the best doctor in the Regina. He is very kind, professional and knowledgeable. But his receptionist is unexperienced. Have no sense how to talk. She is so rude, have such an attitude. Me and husband planned to make him family doctor. But the experience got from his receptionist from last two visits let us change our decision.

I called to ask if they had any walk in slots left. I was told yes and then hung up on mid sentence. I arrived no more than 10 minutes later and they say there are no walk in slots left. Don't waste your time or gas money on this wannabe clinic.

Dr. Kabongo is a fraud. he doesn't care about his patient's wellbeing, and cannot fulfill simple requests like sending faxes to a pharmacy or filling out important paperwork. the worst doctor I've ever been to.

I have been with Dr. K for over 5 years. Not only does he take care of me he takes care of my entire family all 8 of us. I know some reviews have not been very positive but for my family he has been fantastic.I trust him and his wife at reception is sweet and kind. I've referred many friends and will continue to do so.

So I'm a last year nursing student and work for SHA. I told the receptionist that I didn't have my health card on me as it was lost and Ehealth is sending me a new one, but I have my ID and health card number. The younger receptionist said ok started taking my info. The older receptionist said no if I'm a new patient then she needs my health card. Explained again i am getting a new one and ehealth said to just use the number, which mind you I haven't had a problem last week going to a walk in clinic nor did i have a problem getting blood work done without my actual health card in hand and was able to get services with just the number and my ID. Her excuse was it could be expired, so she wanted me to call ehealth!! Obviously she doesn't know the wait times just to get through! So she told me to go someplace else, couple doors down or across the street. I went a couple doors down and they are appointment only for walk in.. Came to the mall across the street and was accepted. Just so you know, it is not policy to carry your health card around, as long as you have your ID as well as your health card number. I'll be following up with their manager, sending patients away because of something like this is pretty ridiculous an brings a bad name for our healthcare system.

Many times when I went in to see this doctor, he would not listen to the concerns I had and would normally just send me on my way with a prescription for medications without even discussing them or what they were for.

Nice clinic. Dr. K was professional and nice . He listed to my concerns and helped my son. I was happy with my experience here . Thank you!

The receptionist is highly undereducated for her role to book you for an appointment for a NEW PATIENT. Dr. Kabongo rushes and doesn’t listen. Highly unprofessional. Told me to take photos with my iPhone of information and tests on his computer to review and self diagnose. I was to come back in a week and “let him know” what I diagnosed myself with to “follow up”…. I don’t understand how he is licensed. He got disciplined in 2015 by his college (published online) and it seems like he is up to his same tricks. I would stay away!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The receptionist grilled me for why I was there since I had a family doctor. When I told her I wanted a second opinion she grilled me further as to what it was about and asking more about my family doctor. Just defending myself to the receptionist took almost 5 minutes.Once I got in the doctor did hear out my concerns but immediately insulted my intelligence. Saying phrases like You clearly don't know what you're talking about" and "You're grasping at straws" even though I had almost 5 years worth of lab results as evidence and blood work. He refused to give any insight into my concern of having very low levels of Ferritin
