I had been shopping all over Southwestern Ontario, for a 2019 Keystone Premier. Based on list price, I narrowed it down to three dealerships. I visited all three dealerships and Derek at Trailer Time, was by far, my clear choice. He was knowlegeable but not pushy. He gave me top dollar for my trade, resulting in the bottom line being well within my budget and lower than the other two dealerships. The entire process, from start to finish was great. Best trailer dealership around! We purchased a 2016 Keystone Passport from them. Derek was easy to get along with, and helped us find a trailer that met all of our requirements, and then some.He also made sure we stayed within our budget and that we were very comfortable operating our trailer before we took it home.His team were thorough in their inspection and did an amazing job with final touch ups.The entire experience was quick, with no pressure from the sales team . Great customer service from Derek and his crew, including Keystone reps, when we bought the trailer and again a few years later when we ran into an unexpected warranty issue.

Husband and I stopped in on a Saturday just at closing time. Was shown some new and used units. We didn't feel pressured one bit. The owner Derek and sidekick Marcus actually stayed a couple hours after close to answer questions and to get the deal done. The whole process from start to finish was great. Purchased a 2019 Hideout from Trailer Time a year ago. Had a few minor warranty issues that needed to be taken care of, this fall. Dave did an amazing job fixing our trailer and has it looking like new again! Very fast and clean work! These guys are top notch from beginning to end and then some!
