My wife and I lived here for 1.7 years and are very happy here.Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff here is pretty darn good.The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs.Rents are affordable and the property is, for the most part, kept clean.What I really like is it's very near to Food Basics, Walmart, Staples and all other Shopping malls, Restaurants and grocery stores.I would certainly recommend this location as a great place to live.The Manager is a very kind and good personThank you Mike, Lissa and Scott.

I've stayed at the this apartment for nearly 2.5 years. And to say, my experience was very good. The previous apartment manager Kim Crawford and her husband Perry Crawford are always available and take care of any issues w.r.t the apartment. My advise to folks who may leave the apartment after their tenure is to have everything in writing and be very specific .

Love living at Tierra Vista place.Professional friendly and caring place to live.Superintendent and cleaning crew are awesome. Always very courteousLive here for 4 years and never had a problem to complain about. Issues are resolved very fast.I would recommend this place to family and friends anytime .

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! Nothing but thieves and liars. They take advantage of people because since they have money they can do whatever they want. As someone who has family who owns properties and are landlords Tierra Vista are doing things not properly and not following the landlord tenant board act. The place is not kept very clean. The property manager is a very rude and ignorant person. I would not recommend anyone to live here you will get scammed!

Very rude and ignorant owners. They like to lie and deceive tenants to suit themselves. I hope they actually read the reviews but I'm sure they think they can do whatever they want and won't take the time. Not well kept and clean do not recommend renting from here. Best to pay more somewhere else then having to deal and be harassed daily by them. Do not rent here!
