Great service from our move coordinator Grace Stypka! She was wonderful! Very helpful and knowledgeable. She always responded quickly and made a stressful process much easier to deal with. She's amazing!

We received excellent service while having our container delivered from West Africa to Edmonton. We were kept up to date on every move of our goods, any emails we sent were responded to very quickly. Once our shipment arrived in Edmonton and we cleared customs the crew that delivered and unpacked our goods were top notch.I am very happy to recommend this business for their professional service and for the friendly service they provide.

Denny and Sian was great, arranging all details of the delivery of our container in a timely and professional manner .The delivery team under Patrick and Gary arrived right on time. They were all very friendly and worked carefully but quickly to get the job done. I'm a very happy customer.

Our experience with Starline was wonderful. It was our first oversea move - to Alaska! - but they made it easy from the get go. They advised us through the forms and paperwork needed for transporting our goods across the border, they packed everything up for us, and our stuff got here undamaged. This was done faster than other competitors timelines by 2 weeks at minimum as well as coming in about 1/2 the price of another quote we had gotten. Starline and its employees are great.

We moved from Edmonton to Wales in the Uk. Starline Overseas Movers came to our home and packed all the items we were taking. They took great care to ensure the items were carefully packed and the crew were extremely professional. Due to the current economic climate, there was a considerable delay before our belongings reached us in Wales but this was not the fault of anybody. Our belongings arrived safely and in tact and again, the crew who delivered them to our new home were nothing but professional. I would recommend Starline to anyone who might needs their service. Grace was particularly helpful and supportive. I am very satisfied, thank you Starline.

Not very good customer service, a rare bad review from me, i usually don't say anything if I'm unhappy with service i receive.But these guys did not resolve my issues

Having emigrated now 3 times we both know exactly what goes into packing furniture and moving it. We used Starline Overseas to ship our stuff from Canada to New Zealand. Everything went really well until we received our stuff in New Zealand.Our DINING room table, which was less than 6 months old, looked like it had been dropped. The headboard corner had been bumped. Having looked into how it was packed it was no surprise that both of these things were damaged.When we previously shipped our stuff it was really well packed – blankets, paper and bubble wrap. The pictures below show how it was packed and it wasn’t even proper bubble wrap.We have never taken out insurance in all of our previous shipments and not had one problem. However this was human negligence and not being packed properly. All Starline could offer was $150 which unfortunately doesn’t cover the cost to replace our DINING room. The DINING room table is so badly damaged that it can’t be repaired. We WOULD totally accept HAD there BEEN a fire or EVEN theft, but THE DAMAGE was definitely DUE TO human negligence. This shipment left Edmonton – Calgary – Vancouver – Australia and then New Zealand so there was a lot of handling of our stuff.Under the circumstances I definitely would not recommend your company due to our bad experience.

Wonderful service. My shipment came from South Africa and from beginning to end the service was excellent Was informed every step of the way and in no way during that time (3 months) did I worry that my shipment was not in very good hands. It was well packed and delivered without any problems. Your delivery guys were extremely helpful and polite. I would recommend to others regarding all the companies I dealt with without hesitation.
