Daniel was very attentive and helpful. He knew all the information needed to help us with our phone upgrade. I have been upgrading phones on a regular basis for family members for years now and each time it was a hassle I had to psych myself up to do. In the past there was always confusion, uncertainty, calls to managers or other offices etc. before things were confirmed and processed. This was by far the easiest and fasted cell phone upgrade I have done. Will continue to go back to this location for future upgrades and services.
