I hired Webrunner Media to help me manage my google and facebook campaign, I signed a contract on december 2022 and my adds started on January. I signed with them because a friend recommended. It was the worst decision I made, I wanted to be aggressive with marketing and campaign and they told me to invest 10k in google and 3k in facebook plus 3k the fee that they charge for managing the campaign, basically I was investing 16k per month,. They told me that the process would take 1 to 2 months for me to start getting jobs through google and facebook. 4 months have passed and I still haven't been able to take a single project, all the leads that they sent to us were very poor and 70% did not answer calls, emails, or text messages. looks like fake leads. I have a call center that is only in charge of following up on leads. We received 50 leads and we could only make 10 to 13 appointments. I have invested 64k these 4 months and I have not signed any project through webrunner.The third month they changed the person who was in charge of my account and I think it was worse. The leads that came to me from google and facebook campaign were very poor, people who were not really interested in doing any project, apparently webrunner team were not doing their job, such as updating the adds and changing the algorithms in google for which I paid 3k per month to them for the maintenance of the account, it was really a nightmare, I invested a lot of money for nothing. Worst of all, they took over my google account, they asked me for access, I gave it to them, but I never imagined that they would take over my google account when I am the only owner of the account. That was not all, when I decided to cancel the service with them after having lost so much money without getting a single project. They told me that I had to pay another 3k ( one month more ) just to cancel the account because that was going to take another month just to cancel my account, that was ridiculous, but I couldn't do anything, I had to pay them since they had taken over my google account and they didn't want to return my access to me until I pay the 3k, these 4 months were a nightmare with Webrunner media . I recommend that you look for another local company to handle your google / facebook campaign since they are not in the united state

Webrunner manages our company's website plus runs our Google Ad campaign as well. We are extremely happy with the results! I truly believe having Webrunner manage both our site, ads and landing pages not only gives our brand a cohesive look/experience, but also, we can leverage each channel for a combined impact to our lead generation. Gerry and the team have been awesome in getting results (Nearing $100k in just 3 months) They have been so effective in making the best ad campaigns for us and will not settle for poor results. This is a company that actually cares and wants your business to grow.If you own a contracting company you need to have Webrunner do your online advertising.
