N.A. Hemorrhoids Centre

First time I write a bad review. I, like all of you, turned to this clinic based on the number of good reviews. Unfortunately, the doctor could not help me in any way. at the doctor’s appointment, I explained to him that I feel pain all the time 24/7 and also told about all the symptoms, as a result, after the examination, the doctor said that I had small internal hemorrhoids and prescribed one Chinese ointment for me and let me go saying that I need to contact a naturopath. as a result, I write this message with terrible pain, huge hemorrhoids, every time I leave the toilet with tears. I don’t know how a normal doctor can fail to notice such a big problem and carelessly prescribe some kind of ointment and send it to a naturopath (I note that naturopathy methods are not supported by medical science) I wanted to put 1 but I put 2 for the presence of a recording system. Disappointed

Very professional services and caring staffs. Followed up closely on my progress . Clinic is very clean and have indoor parking.

Staffs are very friendly and informative. They care about their patients and have 24 hour emergency call number to reach. Also they open in the weekend to meet a lot of working class need.The only thing needs to improve is that maybe they can give a little bit more medication since it might run out really quick before the next follow up appointment.Generally great experience overall :)

I had hemorrhoids for over 10 years and the pain gradually developed more and more serious, up to the point about 2 months ago, I suffered serious pain constantly and it was impacting my life in every aspect! Thankfully my gf introduced this place to me. Dr. Rick and Allison did such a great job in the minimal surgery and kept it short and painless. It took me quite some time to heal but the doctor and nurses had took great pride in keeping me checked everyday and taking care of the post-treatment and changing medications. It helped greatly in my healing process. For me they had helped me going from hell to heaven!Thank you Dr.Rick, Allison, Avillion and Morgan! You guys are awesome and I would definitely recommend anyone who suffers from haemorrhoids. It's worth everything you pay.

Great service from receptions to Dr. and nurse. I had a very good experience. I didn't know what to do with my on and off pain and discomfort. I had constant care after my operation and recovery by Dr. Rick Satimaw and Alison. I feel much better and I appreciate what they did for me.

This was my first choice when I googled for the surgery that has to be done because of its high rating and it did not disappoint. Dr Rick is straightforward, professional and gentle. Morgan is very respectful, caring and patient. The ladies here are pleasant, friendly and attentive. The clinic is clean and always smelling fresh. it is also easy to book for appointment. They are quick and efficient in responding to emails. The service is excellent, never intimidating. Highly recommended.

It was an emergency and I was in need of treatment. Living in Canada, public health care is slow so I wanted to seek a specialist. I found N.A. on Google and called in. They booked me in the next morning.I was desperate so it wasn't a matter of price to me. I received the treatment I needed and I am very grateful for the long-term post surgery care.

great service! the reception lady is very courteous and knowledgeable.I did a call consultation prior coming to the clinic with my family, and the receptionist asked very specific questions to determine whether or not if the clinic is the right choice for us.after booking the appointment, the doctor was professional and caring, the treatment process was relative simple (we were expecting some hardcore surgery, but it turned out to be quite straightforward and painless), the problem was solved after 2~3 months.I am glad i found this hemorrhoid clinic from google!
