My experience with Need a Bin was excellent. From the moment I spoke with Josie, she was patient and took the time to answer my questions and helped me with my specific requirements. The entire process from ordering the bin, to the delivery and final pick up went exactly as I had expected, without any issues. I found them to be honest and very professional. Need a Bin
I was a first time client and the overall experience with Need a Bin was great from beginning to end. They were up front, no hidden charges, everything was as they said it was. I have used their services a couple of times and had the pleasure of meeting Matthew their delivery driver and he was way better than I expected, he went above and beyond our expectations. Matthew was professional, pleasant and courteous. Everything was to our satisfaction, we will definitely be using their services again. Need a Bin
We decided to use Need A Bin and it was so easy to book the Bin rental. The entire process was great too. Nikki was very helpful, picking the right size disposal bin and the quote was competitive . When the driver arrived he placed the bin exactly where we asked. (placed wood planks even though my driveway isn't in the best condition. :) When I was done with the bin they came the same day. I know its just a bin rental but they were amazing. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone who is looking for great service!

I would highly recommend Need a Bin for anyone looking for a bin. They were extremely responsive and professional. I had originally ordered my bin to arrive on a Monday but then needed it two days earlier and within an hour of my panicked call to them my bin arrived. They were up front with their pricing, very professional, no hidden costs and great in helping me to figure out what I need. Never tried to upsell me. Great company will most definitely use them again!
