Fountain Tire

Popped a tire on the highway on friday of May 24, and these guys were the only place that had my size of tire and were able to install it as soon as i showed up. Saved the trip for sure! Definitely recommend!

Just want to give a much appreciated shoutout to Scott the on call tire technician over this long holiday weekend. My family and I ended up in a bad situation six and a half hours from home at Canisbay lake campground with two front tires that had wire showing. Scott, with no hesitation drove nearly 1 hour in one direction to come out and assist with doing a tire rotation and replacing one of the two tires on the Sunday long weekend. Scott also pointed out some other issues that may arise with my vehicle while he was doing the tire rotation and gave me some pointers for driving home.This was the very first interaction I had ever had with fountain tire in Huntsville and Scott and I would 100% recommend Huntsville and Scott as a technician any day. Big thank you goes out to your team and Scott in specifically very professional!

Blew out the sidewall in one of our tires pulling the boat out of the water on a Sunday. We were 3+ hours from home and all we had was a donut spare. Everything was closed and a local big box that was open was completely useless. Desperate for help we stopped by Fountain Tire Huntsville to seek a solution. The Owner Steve and his Manager Shilo were there doing inventory and even though they were closed, opened up the shop, replaced our tire with a brand new one and had us safely on our way in less than an hour. Can’t say enough on how great this experience was and the gratitude for getting amazing service even though they weren’t even open! Trust real experienced tire professionals with old school customer service. If you are in the area you don’t need to go look anywhere else. MASSIVE THANK YOU to Fountain Tire Huntsville for saving the day! 5 stars isn’t enough! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

It was really good experience and worth money I went for a wheel balancing and they did everything in a really good and professional wayEverything was so quick and there was no lag or anything I surely suggest this place coming soon next time…….

This afternoon, I brought in a trailer tire I had purchased here 1.5 years ago. It has a leaky valve stem. Fountain Tire is crazy busy right now, with snow tires. I was told by one customer service rep at least 48 hours before someone would look at it. I understand- its snow tire season- I’m not a priority. At that moment a Technician came into the showroom and Crystal(customer service rep) got the guy to take my trailer tire right away. A couple of minutes later he was back with the repaired trailer tire. Great service and thank you Crystal for making me feel like a valued customer. My wife and I get our snow tires every year at Fountain Tire. Truly feel appreciated.

Discovered I had a leak, of course at the worst possible time. Called in and was told they could fix it right away but warned there could be a bit of a wait. Arrived and the service was friendly and they took my car in right away. It was fixed up and ready 20 minutes later and the price was very reasonable.They scored a new loyal customer today. Highly recommend!

Words can not fully express my gratitude and appreciation for your availability, your kindness, and your service!We met these wonderful people of Fountain Tire in Huntsville on the holiday Monday after the Canada Day long weekend. Our car got a flat tire due to a leaky valve. We spent most of Sunday evening calling around trying to find automotive help. We were 4 hours away from home and felt extremely isolated and anxious. We finally called Fountain Tire in Huntsville and, thank God Scotty answered the phone after hours. He reassuringly told us that we could bring in the car on Holiday Monday morning when they open at 8:00AM. I was so thankful and so happy that I actually cried and thanked God for Scotty and for Fountain Tire in Huntsville.
