Ginormous waste of time. I waited in virtual waiting room (webpage) for an hour to see the doctor after receiving a text message that I was next in line. Seemed like longer than it should take, but I understand wait times. No problem.When I met with the doctor he did not know what I was there for and could not find my results. He then told me that admin had accidentally made me two charts. They had not uploaded my results into either one of my charts.Doctor said he would call me back soon. It was 11/1130am when we ended conversation. I waited all day and never received a call or message. At that point, I decided to ditch this inadequate service as I have had admin issues in the paste with Cover Health. They would not send my results to my doctor unless I saw referring doctor. Ended up printing my blood results online and taking them to my MD.I then receive an email that I need to pay to go further and see cover health doc as I am non-Ohip…….I am covered by OHIP.Totally ridiculous waiting time, admin inadequacies and they don’t even have a number to call. You have to send a message and then probably a few follow up to get a response of any kind.

Best virtual health service! Love that this is fully OHIP covered service. Appointment was so easy to make for same day MD consultation and prescription was promptly sent to the pharmacy. Honestly better than my own GP.

Ohip has now paid for two visits where I have not received the ultrasound referral I was promised to be in my inbox 5-10 minutes after my first appointment. Just sat waiting for another virtual appointment and was told by the doctor that sometimes reception is busy and forgets things" and that he will have it sent over to me ASAP. Not there. I am offended that our tax dollars are paying for this service and report it accordingly"

It took a bit to get connected as the queue before I had 9 other people waiting. I expect CoverHealth physicians and staff to be very busy. The physician who spoke with me was very helpful, thorough, (reviewed my prescriptions) and pleasant to talk to. I am grateful to have someone even on the phone as I am without a family doctor.

Would give zero stars if I could to Doctor Lee. I have had 3 appointments with him to refill my prescription in the last 2 weeks and still have not had my prescription faxed to the pharmacy by his team. Further, he was extremely rude to me when I tried to follow up.

I’m not sure how this company is still allowed to run - 80% of the time, it’s a bad experience.I’ve had a doctor who kept marking my visit was complete - 3 times in a row on the same day. Coverhealth never even addressed it until I asked whether their doctors are doing this to bill and scam OHIP.Most of the time they just send it to the incorrect pharmacy even though I ALWAYS tell them in the chat AND to the doctor exactly which pharmacy (with the exact address) it should go to.This most recent time topped it all - the doctor faxed my prescription to the pharmacy without the name of my prescription - just how often I should take it. At least he got the right pharmacy though. But when I went to pick it up, the pharmacy couldnt bill my insurance because it was faxed it to the WRONG pharmacy (again sigh) AND to the right pharmacy - so they faxed it to 2 different places at the same time.But I’ll give you 2 stars since you’re still one of the only programs that don’t force us to pay a visit or membership fee even with OHIP. But pls fix your system.

I was able to make the appointment same day.Only took about an hour wait...Doctor was very thorough and was able to help me. Faxed my prescription within 15 mins and able to pick up at my pharmacy of choice.Definitely will use again!!

I used this service to have a prescription refilled. The instructions in the appointment are not valid. No button will appear" and the session will end with no response from anyone. Though a doctor should call within 2 hours of your appointment. Out of 5 appointments

This website is extremely glitchy which takes away from the good service that these doctors are trying to provide. For me, there is no option to change my phone number on the 'profile settings'. Not to mention I usually have to set more than one appointment in a day because my appointment will randomly get cancelled. The website is terrible. Not designed well to reflect the 'fast service' these doctors are trying to provide. Better off waiting to book an appointment with my family doctor.
