I had a temporary crown put in. Everything went amazing. I had no pain, no discomfort. Was definitely a great experience!!

Such a lovely place, you get reminders of your appointment via text and email, they send an invoice estimate prior to your appointment. Staff were very discretionary with my daughter who is easily embarrassed so we appreciated that. And everyone is so nice and caring there, including front desk staff! 10/10

I was given a quote of $410 dollars total after they finished just about 1hr The job was Total $1076 dollars double the invoiceDr was knowledgeable and professional staff was kind and niceWhoever in the office charging customers looks like a scam I don't like surprises or I don't think anyone would like duble the invoice afterwardsIf the owner claims an excuse after this review please don't make me post you quotes and invoice thank you for getting my teeth done

Have been a patient for almost a decade and was always able to put up with difficult reception and never ending changes in the dentists. Incredibly poor customer communication. Last straw. Do not recommend.

I have taken my kids a couple times now and was blown away by the kindness and patience shown by the hygienist. I'm so happy to have found a great dentist office for our family. The dentist was kind and thorough as well. They made my anxious kids feel so comfortable and welcomed.

I’ll start by saying that I made an appointment with them because I wanted a temporary filing on my 2 of my front teeth and once I got there I was then told I have to pay an initial $50 for my first appointment? I wasn’t told about this prior to the appointment and any other dentist I’ve been to I’ve never had that happen. My first appointment was pretty much a waste of time as they did 2 X-rays and I was told to come back. Since it was my front tooth I wasn’t happy they didn’t book the time to fix it that day like I asked the receptionist to on the phone when I booked the first visit. The second visit I arrived and was told I had to pay $160 which was a surprise to me as I have always been covered for the same procedure any where else I’ve been. They only fixed 1 tooth and Was told I have to come back for another visit. The receptionist told me to make my appointment for the third visit and this time I asked her how much it was going to cost and she told me it would be closer to $400. When I asked about my coverage she told me that it takes about a month to find out what I’m covered for and I could bring my receipt and be reimbursed for my money which was not true! I decided not to go to that appointment and a week later my front filling that they put on came off! Any other filling I’ve ever gotten has lasted me at least three years I was not happy! I decided to call Cottonwood Dentist at the mall and had a totally different experience the lady told me over the phone that I was covered for my procedure and I got my work done no charge! I do not recommend promontory dental at all. In my opinion they are scamming there clients!!

They were wonderful. Contacted on Friday as a new client and they were able to squeeze me in the next day for an emergency extraction. They were very kind and seemed very caring. Will definitely go back

Staff were efficient and friendly. First time visit- very thorough - variety of X-rays as I did not have a recent dental history in Canada. Good communication prior to appointment - reminders, etc. Dentist used X-rays to discuss findings with me and recommend a dental plan. He explained things clearly and in enough detail. Great hygienist. I felt staff took care of me, were gentle, and wanted me to be as comfortable as possible.
